Claims (11)

1. Fremgangsmåde til derivatisering af cellulose, der omfatter følgende fortløbende trin: a) blanding af cellulose med en viskositet på under 900 ml/g med en vandig opløsning til opnåelse af en væske, hvor partikler, der omfatter cellulose i nævnte væske, har en diameter på maksimalt 200 nm, hvor den vandige opløsnings temperaturer er under 20 °C, og hvor den vandige opløsnings pH-værdi er over 12, hvor viskositeten er det grænseviskositetstal bestemt i henhold til ISO 5351, b) udsættelse af væsken for mindst ét af følgende trin: i) mindskelse af væskens pH-værdi med mindst 1 pH-enhed, ii) forøgelse af temperaturen med mindst 20 °C, og c) derivatisering af cellulosen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der endvidere omfatter et trin før trin a), hvor cellulosens viskositet sænkes til under 900 ml/g ved mindst én valgt fra gruppen bestående af behandling med syre, Fentons reagens og basisk opløsning.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-2, hvor den vandige opløsning omfatter mindst 2 vægtprocent NaOH.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, hvor væsken filtreres mellem trin a) og trin b).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor væsken centrifugeres mellem trin a) og trin b).
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, hvor pH-værdien mindskes i trin b) ved tilsætning afen syre.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-6, hvor pH-værdien mindskes i trin b) ved tilsætning af mindst én kemisk enhed valgt blandt CO2 og H2CO3.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor temperaturen er under 10 °C i trin a).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-8, hvor cellulose, der ikke er blevet opløst og/eller suspenderet i trin a) til en partikelstørrelse på under 200 nm, recirkuleres til trin a).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor trin c) omfatter kemisk derivatisering af cellulose under anvendelse af én valgt blandt syrekatalyse og basekatalyse.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-9, hvor trin c) omfatter kemisk derivatisering af cellulose under anvendelse af oxidering.
