Claims (13)
1. Sammensætning af formel (I): nC7Hi5-0-(G)P-H (I) hvor G repræsenterer resten af et reducerende sukker og p repræsenterer et decimaltal større end eller lig med 1,05 og mindre end eller lig med 5, hvilken formel (I) repræsentereren blanding af forbindelser: ainC7Hi5-0-(G)i-H + a2nC7Hi5-0-(G)z-H + a3nC7Hi5-0-(G)3-H + ... + aq nC7Hi5-0-(G)q-H hvor q repræsenterer et heltal mellem 1 og 5 og i molforholdene ai, a2, a3,...aq således at:
2. Sammensætning af formel (I) ifølge krav 1, hvor resten G af et reducerende sukker er valgt fra blandt glukose-, xylose- og arabinoserester og p repræsenterer et decimaltal større end eller lig med 1,05 og mindre end eller lig med 2,5.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af sammensætningen af formel (I) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, omfattende de følgende successive trin: et trin A) til at reagere et reducerende sukker af formel (III): HO-(G)p-H (III) hvor G repræsenterer resten af et reducerende sukker, med et moloverskud af n-heptanol af formel C7H15-OH til at danne en blanding af forbindelser af formel (I) og n-heptanol; et trin B) til at eliminere n-heptanolen fra blandingen opnået i trin A).
4. Anvendelse af sammensætningen af formel (I) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2, som et hydrotropisk overfladeaktivt stof.
5. Anvendelse af sammensætningen af formel (I) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 og 2 som et opløsningsmiddel i en vandig alkalisammensætning af mindst et ikke-ionisk overfladeaktivt stof af formel (II): R-(0-CH(R')-CH2)n-(0-CH2-CH2)m-0-H (II) hvor R repræsenterer en ligekædet eller forgrenet, mættet eller umættet, alifatisk carbonhydrid radikal omfattende 8 til 14 carbonatomer, R' repræsenterer en methyl eller ethyl radikal, n repræsenterer et heltal større end eller lig med 0 og mindre end eller lig med 15, m repræsenterer et heltal større end eller lig med 0 og mindre end eller lig med 15, hvor det er forstået at summen n + m er større end nul.
6. Anvendelse ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved at i formel (II) radikalen R repræsenterer en radikal valgt blandt octyl-, decyl-, dodecyl-, tetradecyl-, 2-ethyl-hexyl, 2-butyl-octyl, 2-butyl-decyl, 2-hexyl-octyl, isooctyl, isononyl, isodecyl, isoundecyl, isododecyl, isotridecyl, isotetradecyl eller 2-propyl-heptyl radikaler.
7. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 eller 6, kendetegnet ved at i formel (II) n repræsenterer et heltal større end eller lig med 0 og mindre end eller lig med 6, mere i særdeleshed større end eller lig med 0 og mindre end eller lig med 3, og endnu mere i særdeleshed større end eller lig med 0 og mindre end eller lig med 2.
8. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 eller 7, kendetegnet ved at i formel (II) repræsenterer m et heltal større end eller lig med 1 og mindre end eller lig med 9, mere i særdeleshed større end eller lig med 2 og mindre end eller lig med 6, og endnu mere i særdeleshed større end eller lig med 2 og mindre end eller lig med 4.
9. Anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 5 til 8, kendetegnet ved at masseforholdet mellem forbindelsen af formel (II) og forbindelsen af formel (I) er mindre end eller lig med 9/1 og større end eller lig med 1/4.
10. Sammensætning (Ci) omfattende pr. 100 % af sin masse: a) 0,5 til 20 masseprocent af sammensætningen af formel (I) ifølge krav 1; b) 0,5 til 80 masseprocent af mindst et ikke-ionisk overfladeaktivt stof af formel (II): R-(0-CH(R')-CH2)n-(0-CH2-CH2)m-0-H (II) hvor R repræsenterer en ligekædet eller forgrenet, mættet eller umættet, alifatisk carbonhydrid radikal omfattende 8 til 14 carbonatomer, R' repræsenterer en methyl- eller propylradikal, n repræsenterer et heltal større end eller lig med 0 og mindre end eller lig med 15, m repræsenterer et heltal større end eller lig med 0 og mindre end eller lig med 15, hvor det er forstået at summen n + m er større end nul; c) fra 10 til 50 masseprocent af mindst et alkalimiddel valgt blandt elementer af gruppen bestående af alkalimetal- eller alkalisk jordartsmetalhydroxider; d) fra 15 til 89 masseprocent afvand; og eventuelt e) fra 10 til 50 masseprocent af mindst et middel til forhindring af kedelstensdannelse.
11. Sammensætning (Ci) ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved at masseforholdet mellem forbindelsen af formel (II) og sammensætningen af formel (I) er mindre end eller lig med 9/1 og større end eller lig med 1/4.
12. Anvendelse af sammensætningen (Ci) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 og 11 til rengøring af hårde overflader.
13. Fremgangsmåde til rengøring afen hård overflade, kendetegnet ved at den omfatter: mindst et trin ai) til at påføre sammensætningen (Ci) ifølge et af kravene 10 eller 11 til den hårde overflade, efterfulgt af mindst et trin bi) til at skylle den hårde overflade.
