Claims (16)
1. Næringsmiddelprodukt omfattende: en næringsmiddelsammensætning og en levnedsmiddelkvalitetspolymer der er i stand til at øge en ekstensional viskositet af næringsmiddelsammensætningen, hvor næringsmiddelproduktet omfatter et Trouton-forhold der er fra 6 til 15, hvor levnedsmiddelkvalitetspolymeren er valgt fra gruppen bestående af plante-ekstraheredegummier, plante-afledte planteslimstoffer, og kombinationer deraf ; hvor en ekstensional viskositet af næringsmiddelproduktet er større end 100 mPas; hvor de planteekstraherede gummier er valgt fra gruppen bestående af okragummi, konjacmannan, taragummi, johannesbrødgummi, guargummi, fenugreekgummi, tamarindgummi, cassiagummi, acaciagummi, gummi ghatti, pektiner, celluloser, tragacanthgummi, karayagummi, eller hvilke som helst kombinationer deraf; hvor de plante-afledte planteslimstoffer er valgt fra gruppen bestående af kaktus-slimstof, psyllium-slimstof, mallow-slimstof, hørfrø-slimstof, marshmallow-slimstof, ribwort-slimstof, mullein-slimstof, cetraria-slimstof, eller kombinationer deraf.
2. Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge krav 1, hvor Trouton-forholdet er ca. 10.
3. Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 2, hvor levnedsmiddelkvalitetspolymeren er valgt fra okragummi og/eller kaktus-slimstof eller en kombination deraf.
4. Næringsmiddelprodukt ifølge kravene 1-3, til anvendelse i fremme af sikker synkning af fødevare-boli.
5. Næringsmiddelprodukt ifølge kravene 1 - 4 til anvendelse i behandling af synkelidelse.
6. Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav yderligere omfattende et præbiotika valgt fra gruppen bestående af acaciagummi, alfaglucan, arabinogalactaner, betaglucan, dextraner, fructooligosaccharider, fucosyllactose, galactooligosaccharider, galactomannaner, gentiooligosaccharider, glucooligosaccharider, guargummi, inulin, isomaltooligosaccharider, lactonotetraose, lactosucrose, lactulose, levan, maltodextriner, mælkeoligosaccharider, delvist hydrolyseret guargummi, pecticoligosacchandes, resistente stivelser, retrograd stivelse, sialooligosaccharider, sialyllactose, soyaoligosaccharider, sukkeralkoholer, xylooligosaccharider, deres hydrolysater, og kombinationer deraf.
7. Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav yderligere omfattende et probiotika valgt fra gruppen bestående af probiotika herunder Aerococcus, Aspergillus, Bacteroides, Bifidobacterium, Candida, Clostridium, Debaromyces, Enterococcus, Fusobacterium, Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, Leuconostoc, Melissococcus, Micrococcus, Mucor, Oenococcus, Pediococcus, Penicillium, Peptostrepococcus, Pichia, Propionibacterium, Pseudocatenulatum, Rhizopus, Saccharomyces, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Torulopsis, Weissella, og kombinationer deraf.

Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav yderligere omfattende en aminosyre valgt fra gruppen bestående af alanin, arginin, asparagin, aspartat, citrullin, cystein, glutamat, glutamin, glycin, histidin, hydroxyprolin, hydroxyserin, hydroxytyrosin, hydroxylysin, isoleucin, leucin, lysin, methionin, phenylalanin, prolin, serin, taurin, threonin, tryptophan, tyrosin, valin, og kombinationer deraf.
9. Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav yderligere omfattende en fedtsyre valgt fra gruppen bestående af docosahexaensyre, eicosapentaensyre, og kombinationer deraf.
10. Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge krav 9, hvor fedtsyrerne er afledt fra en kilde valgt fra gruppen bestående af fiskeolie, krill, plantekilder indeholdende co-3 fedtsyrer, hørfrø, valnød, alge, og kombinationer deraf.
11. Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav yderligere omfattende et fytonæringsmiddel valgt fra gruppen bestående af flavanoider, allierede phenolforbindelser, polyphenolforbindelser, terpenoider, alkaloider, svovl-indeholdende forbindelser, og kombinationer deraf.
12. Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge krav 11, hvor fytonæringsmidlet er valgt fra gruppen bestående af carotenoider, plantesteroler, quercetin, curcumin, limonin, og kombinationer deraf.

Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav yderligere omfattende en antioxidant valgt fra gruppen bestående af astaxanthin, carotenoider, coenzym Q10 ("CoQlO"), flavonoider, glutathion Goji (wolfberry), hesperidin, lactowolfberry, lignan, lutein, lycopen, polyphenoler, selen, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, zeaxanthin, og kombinationer deraf.

Næringsmiddelproduktet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor næringsmiddelproduktet er i en administrerbar form valgt fra gruppen bestående af farmaceutiske formuleringer, næringsmiddelformuleringer, kosttilskud, funktionelle fødevare- og drikkeprodukter, og kombinationer deraf.
15. Næringsmiddelprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, til anvendelse i behandling af en patient med en kompromitteret sekretion af spyt.
16. Næringsmiddelprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, til at øge sammenholdet af en fødevare-bolus hos en patient med en kompromitteret sekretion af spyt.
