Claims (33)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at fremstille et overfladebehandlet fyIdstofmaterialeprodukt med succinsyre anhydrid(er), idet fremgangsmåden omfatter mindst trinnene til: a) at tilvejebringe mindst et calciumcarbonat-holdigt fyldstofmaterialeprodukt med i) en vægtgennemsnitspartikelstørrelse dso værdi inden for området fra 0,1 pm til 7 pm, ii) en topskæring (cføs) på < 15 pm, iii) et specifikt overfladeareal (BET) fra 0,5 til 150 m2/g som målt med BET-nitrogenmetoden, og iv) et samlet restfugtindhold fra 0,01 vægtprocent til 1 vægtprocent baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale, b) at tilvejebringe mindst et mono-substitueret succinsyre anhydridog eventuelt mindst en mono-substitueret succinsyre i en mængde fra 0,1 til 3 vægtprocent baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst en calciumcarbonat-holdige fy Idstofmateria le fra trin a), c) at bringe overfladen af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fy Idstofmateria le fra trin a) under blanding, i et eller flere trin, i kontakt med det mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre anhydridog den eventuelt mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyrefra trin b) således at et behandlingslag omfattende det mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre anhydridog den eventuelt mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre og/eller salte reaktionsprodukt(er) deraf dannes på overfladen af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a), hvor temperaturen før og/eller under kontakt-trin c) er tilpasset således at temperaturen er mindst 2°C over smeltepunktet for det mindst ene monosubstituerede succinsyre anhydridog den eventuelt mindst ene mono- substituerede succinsyre.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a) er valgt blandt formalet calciumcarbonat (GCC), præcipiteret calciumcarbonat (PCC), modificeret calciumcarbonat (MCC) og blandinger deraf.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a) omfatter mindst et formalet calciumcarbonat (GCC) valgt fra gruppen bestående af marmor, kridt, dolomit, kalksten og blandinger deraf og/eller mindst et præcipiteret calciumcarbonat (PCC) valgt fra gruppen bestående af en eller flere af de aragonite, vaterite og calcitiske mineralogiske krystalformer og/eller mindst et modificeret calciumcarbonat (MCC).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a) har en vægtgennemsnitspartikelstørrelse dso fra 0,25 pm til 5 pm og fortrinsvis fra 0,7 pm til 4 pm.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a) har en topskæring (ofgs) < 12,5 pm, fortrinsvis < 10 pm og mest fortrinsvis < 7,5 pm.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a) har et specifikt overfladeareal (BET) fra 0,5 til 50 m2/g, mere fortrinsvis fra 0,5 til 35 m2/g og mest fortrinsvis fra 0,5 til 15 m2/g som målt med BET-nitrogenmetoden.

Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, hvor det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a) har et samlet restfugtindhold fra 0,01 til 0,2 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 0,02 til 0,15 vægtprocent, og mest fortrinsvis fra 0,04 til 0,15 vægtprocent baseret den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, hvor det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a) forvarmes inden kontakttrin c) udføres, fortrinsvis det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a) forvarmes ved en temperatur fra 50 til 200 °C, mere fortrinsvis fra 80 til 200 °C, endnu mere fortrinsvis fra 90 til 150 °C og mest fortrinsvis fra 100 til 130 °C.

10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor det mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre anhydridfra trin b) består af succinsyre anhydridmono-substitueret med en gruppe valgt blandt en lineær, forgrenet, alifatisk og cyklisk gruppe med en samlet mængde af carbonatomer fra C2 til C30, fortrinsvis fra C3 til C25 og mest fortrinsvis fra C 4 til C20 i substituenten.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor det mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre anhydridfra trin b) er mindst et alkyl mono-substitueret succinsyre anhydrid, fortrinsvis mindst et alkyl monosubstitueret succinsyre anhydridvalgt fra gruppen bestående af ethylsuccinsyre anhydrid, propylsuccinsyre anhydrid, butylsuccinsyre anhydrid, triisobutylsuccinsyre anhydrid, pentylsuccinsyre anhydrid, hexylsuccinsyre anhydrid, heptylsuccinsyre anhydrid, octylsuccinsyre anhydrid, nonylsuccinsyre anhydrid, decylsuccinsyre anhydrid, dodecylsuccinsyre anhydrid, hexadecanylsuccinsyre anhydrid, octadecanylsuccinsyre anhydrid, og blandinger deraf.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10, hvor det mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre anhydridfra trin b) er mindst et alkenyl mono-substitueret succinsyre anhydrid, fortrinsvis mindst et alkenyl monosubstitueret succinsyre anhydridvalgt fra gruppen bestående af ethenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, propenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, butenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, triisobutenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, pentenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, hexenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, heptenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, octenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, nonenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, decenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, dodecenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, hexadecenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, octadecenylsuccinsyre anhydrid, og blandinger deraf.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 12, hvor det mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre anhydridog den eventuelt mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre fra trin b) tilsættes i kontakt-trin c) i en samlet mængde fra 0,1 til 2 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 0,2 til 1,5 vægtprocent og mest fortrinsvis fra 0,3 til 1 vægtprocent, baseret op den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a).
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 13, hvor den mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre fra trin b) forekommer i en mængde fra < 10 molprocent, baseret på molsummen af det mindst ene monosubstituerede succinsyre anhydridog den mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 14, hvor kontakttrin c) udføres ved en temperatur fra 30 til 200 °C, fortrinsvis fra 80 til 150 °C og mest fortrinsvis fra 110 til 130 °C.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 15, hvor kontakttrin c) udføres i en batch- eller kontinuerlig proces, fortrinsvis i et tidsrum fra 0,1 til 1000 sekunder.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 16, hvor kontakt-trin c) er en kontinuerlig proces og omfatter et eller flere kontakttrin og den samlede kontakttid er fra 0,1 til 20 s, fortrinsvis fra 0,5 til 15 s og mest fortrinsvis fra 1 til 10 s.
18. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17, hvor de salte reaktionsproduct(er) af den mono-substituerede succinsyre og/eller det mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre anhydriddannet på overfladen af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale i trin c) er et eller flere calciumsalte og/eller et eller flere magnesiumsalte deraf.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 18, hvor fremgangsmåden endvidere omfatter trin d) til at bringe det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a), i et eller flere trin, i kontakt med mindst en polysiloxan.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 19, hvor kontakt-trin d) udføres under og/eller efter kontakt-trin c), fortrinsvis efter kontakt-trin c).
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 19 eller 20, hvor kontakt-trin d) udføres ved en temperatur fra 40 til 200 °C, fortrinsvis fra 50 til 150 °C og mest fortrinsvis fra 60 til 120 °C.
22. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 19 til 21, hvor det mindst ene organiske materiale tilsættes i kontakt-trin d) i en mængde fra 100 til 1 000 ppm, fortrinsvis fra 200 til 800 ppm og mest fortrinsvis fra 300 til 700 ppm, baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale fra trin a).
23. Overfladebehandlet fyldstofmaterialeprodukt omfattende a) mindst et calciumcarbonat-holdigt fyldstofmaterial, som defineret i kravene 1 til 7, med i) en vægtgennemsnitspartikelstørrelses dso værdi i området fra 0,1 pm til 7 pm, ii) en topskæring (c/gs) < 15 pm, iii) et specifikt overfladeareal (BET) fra 0,5 til 150 m2/g som målt med BET- nitrogenmetoden, og iv) et samlet restfugtindhold på < 1 vægtprocent baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale, og b) et behandlingslag på overfladen af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale omfattende mindst et mono-substitueret succinsyre anhydridog mindst en mono-substitueret succinsyre og/eller salte reaktionsprodukt(er) deraf, ifølge kravene 1 eller 10 til 12 eller 18, hvor det overfladebehandlede fyldstofmaterialeprodukt omfatter behandlingslaget i en mængde fra 0,1 til 3 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale.
24. Overfladebehandlet fyldstofmaterialeprodukt ifølge krav 23, hvor molforholdet mellem det mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyre anhydridog den eventuelt mindst ene mono-substituerede succinsyretil de salte reaktionsprodukt(er) deraf er fra 99,9:0,1 til 0,1:99,9, fortrinsvis fra 70:30 til 90:10.
25. Overfladebehandlet fyldstofmaterialeprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 23 til 24, hvor behandlingslaget endvidere omfatter mindst en polysiloxan.
26. Overfladebehandlet fyldstofmaterialeprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 23 til 25, hvor det overfladebehandlede fyldstofmaterialeprodukt omfatter behandlingslaget i en mængde fra 0,1 til 2,5 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis i en mængde fra 0,1 til 2 vægtprocent, mere fortrinsvis i en mængde fra 0,1 til 1,5 vægtprocent, endnu mere fortrinsvis i en mængde fra 0,1 til 1 vægtprocent og mest fortrinsvis i en mængde fra 0,2 til 0,8 vægtprocent baseret på den samlede tørvægt af det mindst ene calciumcarbonat-holdige fyldstofmateriale.
27. Polymersammensætning omfattende mindst en polymerresin og fra 1 til 85 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede vægt af polymersammensætningen, af et overfladebehandlet fyldstofmaterialeprodukt ifølge kravene 23 til 26.
28. Polymersammensætning ifølge krav 27, hvor den mindst ene polymerresin er mindst en termoplastisk polymer, fortrinsvis en termoplastisk polymer valgt fra gruppen omfattende homopolymerer og/eller copolymerer af polyolefiner, polyamider, halogen-holdige polymerer og/eller polyestere.
29. Polymersammensætning ifølge krav 27 eller 28, hvor polymersammensætningen er en masterbatch, hvor masterbatchen omfatter det overfladebehandlede fyldstofmaterialeprodukt i en mængde fra 50 til 85 vægtprocent, fortrinsvis fra 60 til 85 vægtprocent og mere fortrinsvis fra 70 til 80 vægtprocent, baseret på den samlede vægt af masterbatchen.
30. Fiber og/eller filament og/eller film og/eller tråd omfattende et overfladebehandlet fyldstofmaterialeprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 23 til 26 og/eller en polymersammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 27 til 29.
31. Artikel omfattende et overfladebehandlet fyldstofmaterialeprodukt ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 23 til 26 og/eller en polymersammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 27 til 29 og/eller en fiber og/eller filament og/eller film og/eller tråd ifølge krav 30, hvor artiklen er valgt fra gruppen omfattende hygiejneprodukter, medicinal- og sundhedsplejeprodukter, filterprodukter, geotekstilprodukter, landbrugs- og havebrugsprodukter, beklædning, fodtøj- og bagageprodukter, husholdnings- og industriprodukter, emballageprodukter, byggeprodukter og lignende.
32. Anvendelse af et mono-substitueret succinsyre anhydrid, ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 eller 10 til 12, til at reducere hydrofiliciteten i en calciumcarbonat-holdig fyldstofoverflade.
33. Anvendelse af et overfladebehandlet fyldstofmaterialeprodukt, ifølge et hvilket som helst af krav 23 eller 24, til at påbegynde krydsbindingsreaktionen i epoxidresiner.
