Claims (21)
- MALTITOLBASERET KLÆBESAMMENSÆTNING TIL MINERALULD OG ISOLERINGSPRODUKTER DERAF1. Klæbesammensætning til isoleringsprodukter baseret på mineraluld, navnlig sten- eller glasuld, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter en blanding af hydrogenerede sukkere, der indeholder mindst 25 vægt-% maltitol, beregnet på basis af de hydrogenerede sukkeres tørstoffer, og mindst et polyfunktionelt tværbindingsmiddel.
- 2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de hydrogenerede sukkere er produkter, der er resultatet af reduktion af sukkere udvalgt blandt monosaccharider, oligosaccharider og lineære, cykliske eller forgrenede polysaccharider.
- 3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at de hydrogenerede sukkere er erythritol, arabitol, xylitol, sorbitol, mannitol, iditol, isomaltitol, lactitol, cellobitol, palatinitol, maltotritol og produkter fra hydrogenering af stivelseshydrolysater.
- 4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at de hydrogenerede sukkere er et produkt fra hydrogeneringen af stivelseshydrolysater.
- 5. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at de hydrogenerede sukkere indeholder reducerende sukkere i et forhold, der ikke overstiger 5 vægt-% (tørstoffer), fortrinsvis 1 % og endnu mere fortrinsvis 0,5 %.
- 6. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at det polyfunktionelle tværbindingsmiddel er udvalgt blandt organiske polycarboxylsyrer eller salte af disse syrer, anhydriderog polyaldehyder.

- 11. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 6 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at den organiske polycarboxylsyre er udvalgt blandet polymere organiske polycarboxylsyrer, navnlig homopolymerer af umættet carboxylsyre og copolymerer af mindst én umættet carboxylsyre og mindst en vinylmonomer.
- 12. Sammensætning ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at den umættede carboxylsyre er (meth)acrylsyre, crotonsyre, isocrotonsyre, maleinsyre, kanelsyre, 2-methylmaleinsyre, fumarsyre, itaconsyre, 2-methylitaconsyre, α,β-methylenglutarsyre og monoestere af umættede dicarboxylsyrer, og vinylmonomeren er styren, der er substitueret eller ikke substitueret med alkyl-, hydroxyl- eller sulfonylgrupper, eller med et halogenatom, (meth)acrylonitril, (meth)acrylamid, der er substitueret eller ikke substitueret med CrCio-alkylgrupper, alkyl(meth)acrylater, glycidyl(meth)acrylat, butadien er en vinylester.
- 13. Sammensætning ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at anhydridet er maleinsyreanhydrid, succinsyreanhydrid eller phthalsyreanhydrid .
- 14. Sammensætning ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at polyaldehydet er et ikke-polymerdialdehyd, navnlig glyoxal, glutaraldehyd, 1,6-hexandial eller 1,4-terephtaldialdehyd.
- 15. Sammensætning ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at polyaldehydets aldehydfunktioner er blokeret af urinstof eller cykliske urinstoffer.
- 16. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 15, kendetegnet ved, at de hydrogenerede sukkere repræsenterer 10 til 90 vægt-% af blandingen bestående af de hydrogenerede sukkere og det polyfunktionelle tværbindingsmiddel, fortrinsvist mindst 20 %, navnlig 20 til 85 %, og fortrinsvist mindst 30 %, navnlig 30 til 80 %.
- 17. Sammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 16, kendetegnet ved, at den endvidere omfatter en katalysator, der er udvalgt blandt Lewis syrer og baser, phosphorholdige forbindelser og fluor- og borholdige forbindelser.
- 18. Sammensætning ifølge krav 17, kendetegnet ved, at katalysatoren repræsenterer op til 20 vægt-% hydrogenerede sukkere og polyfunktionelt tværbindingsmiddel, fortrinsvis op til 10 % og mere fortrinsvis mindst 1 %.
