Claims (12)
1. Fremgangsmåde til oprensning af en væsketilførsel, der omfatter mindre end 0,009 vægt-% vand og omfatter monochloreddikesyre, dichloreddikesyre, eventuelt syrechlorider, eventuelt anhydrider og eventuelt eddikesyre, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene: (a) at tilsætte vand til væsketilførslen, således at der opnås en væsketilførsel, der omfatter på mellem 0,01 og 5 vægt-% vand, baseret på den totale vægt af væsketilførselen, og (b) efterfølgende at udsætte væsketilførslen, der er opnået i trin (a), for et katalytisk hydrodechloreringstrin ved at bringe den i kontakt med en hydrogenkilde for at omdanne dichloreddikesyren til monochloreddikesyre i nærvær af en fast heterogen katalysator til hydrogenering, der omfatter et eller flere metaller fra gruppe VIII i det periodiske system over grundstofferne, som er deponeret på en bærer.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, hvor, forud fortrin (a), væsketilførslen strippes ved at anvende HCI ved et tryk på mellem 2 og 10 bar.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den heterogene katalysator omfatter på mellem 0,1 og 3 vægt-%, fortrinsvis mellem 0,5 og 2 vægt-%, baseret på den totale vægt af den heterogene katalysator, af det ene eller de nævnte flere metaller fra gruppe VIII i det periodiske system over grundstofferne.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den heterogene katalysator omfatter palladium og/eller platin.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor bæreren er valgt fra gruppen bestående af aktivt kul, siliciumdioxid, aluminiumoxid, zirconiumoxid og titanoxid, og eventuelt omfatter svovl eller en eller flere svovlholdige komponenter.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor væsketilførslen, der skal udsættes for trin (a), omfatter mellem 0,01 og 35 vægt-% af syrechlori-der.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor væsketilførslen, der skal udsættes fordet katalytiske hydrodehalogeringstrin (b), omfatter (i) mellem 60 og 99,5 vægt-% monochloreddikesyre, (ii) mellem 0,05 og 20 vægt-%, fortrinsvis mellem 2 og 12 vægt-% dichloreddike-syre, (iii) mellem 0,1 og 30 vægt-% eddikesyre, (iv) mellem 0,1 og 5 vægt-% vand, og (v) mellem 0 og 5 vægt-% af andre bestanddele, op til i alt 100 %, baseret på den totale vægt af væsketilførslen.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor hydrodechlore-ringstrinnet udføres under anvendelse af en lodret, rørformet reaktor, der indeholder den faste heterogene katalysator til hydrogenering.
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 8 hvor den faste heterogene katalysator er beliggende i et fast katalysatorleje.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, hvor væsketilførslen, der skal underkastes det katalytiske hydrodehalogeringstrin (b), tilføres til toppen af den lodrette rørreaktor og hydrogengas eller en blanding af hydrogengas og op til 50 mol-% af en inert gas fødes enten til toppen eller fødes til bunden af den lodrette rørformede reaktor.
