Claims (15)
1. Aerosolgenererende indretning konfigureret til brugerinhalation af en genereret aerosol, hvilken indretning omfatter: et varmeelement (20) konfigureret til at varme et aerosolfrembringende substrat (2); en strømkilde (40) forbundet til varmeelementet; og en kontroller (30) forbundet til varmeelementet og til strømkilden, hvor kontrolleren er konfigureret til at styre strøm forsynet til varmeelementet fra strømkilden til at bevare varmeelementet ved en måltemperatur, og kendetegnet ved at kontrolleren er konfigureret til at overvåge ændringer i en temperatur af varmeelementet eller ændringer i strømmen forsynet til varmeelementet for at detektere en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet som indikerer en brugerinhalation.
2. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at overvåge en forskel mellem temperaturen af varmeelementet og måltemperaturen for at detektere en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet som indikerer en brugerinhalation.
3. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge krav 2, hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at overvåge om en forskel mellem temperaturen af varmeelementet og måltemperaturen overskrider en tærskel for at detektere en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet som indikerer en brugerinhalation.
4. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge krav 3, hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at overvåge hvorvidt en forskel mellem temperaturen af varmeelementet og måltemperaturen overskrider en tærskel for en forudbestemt tidsperiode eller for et forudbestemt antal af målingscyklusser for at detektere en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet som indikerer en brugerinhalation.
5. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at overvåge en forskel mellem strømmen forsynet til varmeelementet og et forventet strømniveau.
6. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at sammenligne en hastighed af ændring af temperatur eller en hastighed af ændring af forsynet strøm med en tærskelværdi.
7. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at justere strømmen forsynet til varmeelementet når en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet er detekteret.
8. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at justere måltemperaturen når en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmelementet er detekteret.
9. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav 1, hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at overvåge temperaturen af varmeelementet baseret på en måling af den elektriske modstand af varmeelementet.
10. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor indretningen inkluderer et dataoutputorgan og hvor kontrolleren (30) er konfigureret til at tilvejebringe en optegnelse af hver detekterede ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet som indikerer en brugerinhalation til dataoutputorganet.
11. Aerosolgenererende indretning ifølge et hvilket som helst foregående krav, hvor indretningen er en elektrisk rygningsindretning.
12. Fremgangsmåde til at detektere en brugerinhalation igennem en elektrisk varmet aerosolgenererende indretning, hvilken indretning omfatter et varmeelement (20) og en strømforsyning (40) til at forsyne strøm til varmeelementet, omfattende at styre strøm forsynet til varmeelementet fra strømkilden for at bevare varmeelementet ved en måltemperatur, og kendetegnet ved overvågning af ændringer i temperaturen af varmeelementet eller ændringer i strømmen forsynet til varmeelementet for at detektere en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet som indikerer en brugerinhalation.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12, hvor trinnet at overvåge omfatter at overvåge en forskel mellem temperaturen af varmeelementet og måltemperaturen for at detektere en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet som indikerer en brugerinhalation.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 eller 13, yderligere omfattende trinnet at justere måltemperaturen når en ændring i luftstrøm forbi varmeelementet som indikerer en brugerinhalation detekteres.
15. Computerprogram omfattende computerudførelige instruktioner, som, når udført på en programmerbar kontroller i en aerosolgenererende indretning omfattende et varmeelement (20) konfigureret til at varme et aerosolfrembringende substrat (2) og en strømkilde (40) forbundet til varmeelementet, udfører fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 12 til 14.
