Claims (18)
- DYREFODER OG EN FREMGANGSMÅDE TIL FREMSTILLING DERAF Patentkrav1. Foder, der indeholder konventionelle foderbestanddele og konventionelle tilsætningsstoffer og andre hjælpestoffer, kendetegnet ved, at foderet inden i og på overfladen af foderråmateriale indeholder partikler, som omfatter protein og carbonhydrater, en fedtsyreblanding i en mængde på 1-10 vægt-% af foderet, hvor indholdet af mættede fedtsyrer i fedtsyreblandingen er mere end 90 %, og fedtsyreblandingen indeholder følgende fedtsyrer, i %: C16:0 60-100 C18:0 0-30 C18:1 0-10 øvrige 0-10 transfedtsyrer 0-2.
- 2. Foder ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at fedtsyreblandingens smeltepunkt er mere end 60 °C; og/eller fedtsyreblandingen ikke i det væsentlige indeholder transfedtsyrer, og fortrinsvis ingen transfedtsyrer indeholder; og/eller fedtsyreblandingens jodtal er højest 5, fortrinsvis højest 3 og mest fortrinsvis højest 1; og/eller fedtsyrerne i fedtsyreblandingen er frie fedtsyrer.
- 3. Foder ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at fedtsyreblandingen indeholder mindst 80 % palmitinsyre og højest 20 % stearinsyre, fortrinsvis mindst 95 % palmitinsyre og højest 5 % stearinsyre; og/eller fedtsyreblandingen indeholder følgende fedtsyrer, i %: C16:0 80-100 C18:0 0-20 C18:1 0-3 øvrige 0-3 transfedtsyrer 0-1.
- 4. Foder ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det er et fuldfoder, der indeholder fedtsyreblandingen i en mængde på 1-6 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 2-5 vægt-%, og/eller det er et kraftfoder, der indeholder fedtsyreblandingen i en mængde på 2-10 vægt-%, fortrinsvis 3-8 vægt-%.
- 5. Foder ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at foderet endvidere omfatter en emulgator, fortrinsvis en non-ionisk emulgator, mere fortrinsvis en emulgator med en HLB-værdi på mindst 5 og mest fortrinsvis en ricinusoliebaseret emulgator.
- 6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et foder, kendetegnet ved, at der blandt konventionelle foderbestanddele og konventionelle fodertilsætningsstoffer og hjælpestoffer under blanding tilsættes en fedtsyreblanding, i hvilken indholdet af mættede fedtsyrer er mere end 90 vægt-%, og mængden af fedtsyreblandingen i foderet er 1-10 vægt-%, og hvor fedtsyreblandingen indeholder følgende fedtsyrer, i %: C16:0 60-100 C18:0 0-30 C18:1 0-10 øvrige 0-10 transfedtsyrer 0-2, foderblandingen opvarmes, således at fedtsyreblandingen smelter og spreder sig inden i og oven på overfladen af foderråmaterialepartikler, der omfatter protein og carbonhydrater, hvorefter foderblandingen valgfrit pelleteres og afkøles.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at fedtsyreblandingen smeltes i nærværelse af en emulgator.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at fedtsyreblandingen smeltes ind i foderblandingen i en konditionør, fortrinsvis i en langtidskonditionør og endnu mere fortrinsvis i nærværelse af en emulgator.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at varmebehandling af foderblandingen, der indeholder fedtsyreblandingen, udføres i en rørvalse, fortrinsvis i nærværelse af en emulgator.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-9, kendetegnet ved, at 0,01-1,0 %, fortrinsvis 0,02-0,2 %, mest fortrinsvis 0,02-0,05 % emulgator af foderblandingens totalvægt tilsættes foderblandingen inden opvarmning.
- 11. Foder, der kan opnås ved fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6-10.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde til forøgelse af mælkefedtindhold og til forøgelse af mælkeproduktion, kendetegnet ved, at der til et ammedyr gives en mælkefedtforøgende mængde af et foder ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 -5 eller 11.
- 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 12 til forøgelse af mælkeproteinindhold.
- 14. Drøvtyggerblandingsfoder ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5 og 11, der omfatter - totallipider i en mængde på 1 -17, fortrinsvis 2-15, mere fortrinsvis 2-13, endnu mere fortrinsvis 3-10, endnu mere fortrinsvis 3-8, mest fortrinsvis 3-7 vægt-%, -fri palmitinsyre i en mængde på 1-10, fortrinsvis 1-6, mere fortrinsvis 2-5 vægt-% - proteiner i en mængde på 15-50, fortrinsvis 16-40, mere fortrinsvis 17-35 vægt-%, - stivelse i en mængde på 4-50, fortrinsvis 6-45, mere fortrinsvis 8-40 og mest fortrinsvis 12-35 vægt-%, og - en emulgator, og hvor mængden af fri palmitinsyre er mindst 40, fortrinsvis mindst 45, mere fortrinsvis mindst 50, endnu mere fortrinsvis mindst 55, endnu mere fortrinsvis mindst 60, endnu mere fortrinsvis mindst 65, endnu mere fortrinsvis mindst 70, endnu mere fortrinsvis mindst 75, endnu mere fortrinsvis mindst 80, endnu mere fortrinsvis mindst 85 og mest fortrinsvis mindst 90 vægt-% af totallipiderne.
- 15. Drøvtyggerfoder ifølge krav 14, hvor emulgatoren er en non-ionisk emulgator, mere fortrinsvis har den en HLB-værdi på mindst 5, fortrinsvis mindst 7, mere fortrinsvis højest 14, endnu mere fortrinsvis er den en ricinusoliebaseret emulgator, og mest fortrinsvis er mængden af emulgator i foderet 0,01-1,0, fortrinsvis 0,02-0,2, mest fortrinsvis 0,02-0,05 vægt-%.
- 16. Foder ifølge krav 14 eller 15, hvor foderet er et fuldfoder eller kraftfoder, fortrinsvis er det ikke-ekstruderet og/eller i form af pellets eller granuler.
- 17. Foder ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 16, hvor foderet endvidere omfatter mindst én bestanddel, der er valgt fra gruppen bestående af en glucogen-precursor, fortrinsvis i en mængde på 1-20, mere fortrinsvis 5-15 vægt-%; en mitokondriefunktionsforbedrende bestanddel, fortrinsvis i en mængde på 0,5-5, mere fortrinsvis 1-3 vægt-%; og aminosyrer, fortrinsvis i en mængde på 0,1-6, mere fortrinsvis 1,5-3 vægt-%.
- 18. Foder ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 14 til 17, der kan opnås ved tilsætning af en fedtsyreblanding, der omfatter mindst 90 % palmitinsyre, til konventionelle foderbestanddele og konventionelle tilsætningsstoffer og andre hjælpestoffer.
