Claims (6)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen isoleringsblok, hvilken omfatter parallelle første og anden store plane overflader og parallelle første og anden langsidekanter og parallelle første og anden kortsidekanter vinkelrette på langsidekanterne, afgrænsende overfladerne, i hvilken fremgangsmåde - præekspanderede polymerbeads føres til en støbeform, hvilke polymerbeads er valgt fra en gruppe, som omfatter polystyren, polypropylen og polyethylen, og hvilken støbeform omfatter en nedre væg, sidevægge og en øvre væg, hvilke vægge sammen afgrænser det indre volumen af støbeformen, - præekspanderede polymerbeads dampes i støbeformen, - den dannede isoleringsblok nedkøles, og - den dannede isoleringsblok fjernes fra formen, hvor støbeformen er fyldt med de præekspanderede polymerbeads, således at polymerbeadsene fylder hele det indre volumen af støbeformen og formen af polymerbeadsene og formen af deres celler dannes hovedsageligt langstrakte og rettet parallelle med de store plane overflader af blokken i hele isoleringsblokken ved at bevæge mindst én væg af støbeformen, hvilken væg afgrænser det indre volumen af støbeformen i området af de plane overflader af isoleringsblokken, under den tidsperiode, som er 50 % før afslutningen afdampningsfasen og 50 % fra begyndelsen af nedkølingsfasen efter dampningsfasen, hvor væggen af støbeformen bevæges 10 % til 40 % af længden af væggen af støbeformen afgrænsende det indre volumen, hvilken væg er vinkelret på den bevægelige væg, således at det indre volumen af støbeformen mindskes i hele området af støbeformen.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor de præekspanderede polymerbeads forvarmes før de føres ind i støbeformen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor mindst én væg af støbeformen bevæges under den tidsperiode, som er 25 % før afslutningen af dampningsfasen og 25 % fra begyndelsen af nedkølingsfasen efter dampningsfasen.
4. Isoleringsblok, hvilken omfatter parallelle første og anden store overflader og parallelle første og anden parallelle langsidekanter og parallelle første og anden kortsidekanter vinkelrette på langsidekanterne, afgrænsende overfladerne, hvor nævnte isoleringsblok er fremstillet med fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor formen af polymerbeadsene og formen af deres celler er hovedsageligt langstrakte og er rettet parallel med de store plane overflader af isoleringsblokken over hele området af blokken.
5. Isoleringsblok ifølge krav 4, hvor afstanden mellem de store overflader af isoleringsblokken, såsom isoleringsplade, fra hinanden er 20 til 600 mm, eller 50 til 400 mm.
6. Isoleringsblok ifølge krav 4 eller 5, hvor maksimumdiameteren af cellerne er 0,01 til 0,6 mm, eller 0,05 til 0,3 mm.
