1. Enzymsammensætning til farsukring af et mannanholdigt ceiluloseholdigt materiale ved en temperatur s intervallet fra 30’C ii! 85’C, hvilken en2yrnsammensæining omfatter en eller flere endoglucanaser, en eller flere cellobiehydroiaser, en eller flere beta-glucosidaser, mindst én beta-mannosidase og mindst én mannanase, hvor manna nasen er den som SEQ ID NO; 34 viste mannanase eller en mannanase, som udviser en sekvensidentitet på mindst 80% med SEQ ID NO; 34.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor beta-mannosidasen er den som SEQ ID NO. 12 viste beta-mannosidase eller en beta-roannosidase, som udviser mindst 90% sekvens identitet med SEQ ID NO; 12.
3. Enzymsammensætning ifølge krav 1 eller 2, som endvidere omfatter en eller flere at et AAQ-polypeptid, en beta-xylosidase, en cellobiohydroiase I, en cellobiohydroiase II eller en xylanase.
