Claims (13)
1. Ultrahurtigt størknende cementsammensætning, omfattende mindst et amorft calciumaluminat, omfattende i vægt i forhold til totalvægten af det amorfe calciumaluminat: (a) fra 35 til 55 % calciumoxid CaO (C), (b) fra 19 til 55 % aluminiumoxid AI2O3 (A), hvorved det molare forhold C/A er større end eller lig med 1,5, (c) fra 0 til 10 % siliciumdioxid S1O2, kendetegnet ved, at det amorfe calciumaluminat (d) omfatter fra 5 til 16 % jernoxid Fe2C>3.
2. Cementsammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvorved det amorfe calciumaluminat i vægt, i forhold til totalvægt af det amorfe calciumaluminat, omfatter fra 5 til 10 %, fortrinsvis fra 5 til 8 % jernoxid (d).
3. Cementsammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvorved det amorfe calciumaluminat i vægt, i forhold til totalvægt af det amorfe calciumaluminat, omfatter fra 42 til 52 %, fortrinsvis fra 47 til 51 % calciumoxid (a).
4. Cementsammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvorved det amorfe calciumaluminat i vægt, i forhold til totalvægt af det amorfe calciumaluminat, omfatter fra 25 til 48 %, fortrinsvis fra 34 til 42 % aluminiumoxid (b).
5. Cementsammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, ydermere omfattende i vægt, i forhold til totalvægt af det amorfe calciumaluminat, fra 1 til 8 %, navnlig fra 3 til 6 % siliciumdioxid S1O2 (c).
6. Cementsammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvorved det amorfe calciumaluminat har en opløsningshastighed i vand, som er større end eller lig med 15.10'6 mol.s"1.nr2.
7. Cementsammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvorved det amorfe calciumaluminat har en specifik overfladeareal (Blaine-overflade), målt i henhold til Standard NF EN 196-6, fra 2000 til 7000 cm2/g.
8. Cementsammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, omfattende en anti-ældnings-overfladebehandling, som består af en organisk forbindelse, der mindst omfatter to hydrofile funktioner samt en hydrofob kæde.
9. Cementsammensætning ifølge et af de foregående krav, omfattende i vægt, i forhold til totalvægt af cementsammensætningen, fra 45 til 55 % calciumsulfat og fra 45 til 55 % amorft calciumaluminat.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen ultrahurtigt hærdende cementsammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, omfattende de følgende trin: i) indføring af mindst calciumoxid, aluminiumoxid og jernoxid i en smelteovn til smeltning af udgangsmaterialer; ii) hærdning i smelteovnen ved en minimal temperatur, som muliggør smeltning af sammensætningen inden foren tidsperiode, hvorved det gøres muligt at opnå fuldstændig smeltning af udgangsmaterialerne, således at der dannes en klinker af flydende calciumaluminat; iii) indvinding af klinkeren af flydende calciumaluminat ved ovnens udløb; iv) afkøling af klinkeren af flydende calciumaluminat efter hærdningen for hurtigt at sænke temperaturen for klinkeren af calciumaluminat til en temperatur, som er lavere end dens krystalliseringstemperatur og at opnå et amorft calciumaluminat; v) eventuelt findeling af de i trin iv) opnåede klinker af amorft calciumaluminat for at opnå en calciumaluminat-baseret cement, eventuelt med calciumsulfat og/eller anti-ældningsmiddel, som består af en organisk forbindelse, der mindst omfatter to hydrofile funktioner og en hydrofob kæde; og vi) eventuelt blanding af den i trin v) opnåede calciumaluminat-baserede cementmed calciumsulfat og/eller eventuelt tilsætning af en organisk forbindelse for at opnå en amorf calciumaluminat- baseret cement, og som omfatter en anti-ældningsbehandling, hvis denne ikke allerede blev tilsat i trin v).
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen ultrahurtigt hærdende cementsammensætning ifølge krav 10, hvor smelteovnen er en flammeovn.
12. Anvendelse af den ultrahurtigt hærdende cementsammensætning ifølge et af kravene 1 til 9, med henblik på fremskyndelse af hærdningen af Portland-cement.
13. Anvendelse af den ultrahurtigt hærdende cementsammensætning ifølge krav 9 til dannelse af ettringit.
