Abstract

Предложена печь (F) для парового реформинга, содержащая множество практически вертикальных реформинг-трубок (T). Каждая из реформинг-трубок (T) имеет входное отверстие на нижнем конце и выходное отверстие на верхнем конце, а также зону размещения катализатора, расположенную между ее верхним и нижним концами, и содержит загрузку частиц катализатора (C) для проведения парового реформинга, которая недостаточна для полного заполнения зоны размещения катализатора. Верхние сепарирующие средства смонтированы в верхней части зоны размещения катализатора, и они проницаемы для газа или пара, но удерживают частицы катализатора (C) в зоне размещения катализатора. Выталкивающие средства установлены с возможностью движения в зоне размещения катализатора ниже загрузки катализатора (C) для их восходящего движения от нижнего конца зоны размещения катализатора восходящим потоком газа через зону размещения катализатора, движущегося со скоростью ниже порогового значения.
