Abstract

Изобретение предусматривает способ получения карбоновой кислоты формулы (IV) (которая пригодна в качестве антидота для гербицидов)где Rпредставляет собой водород или хлор; включающий следующие этапы: (i) подвергание соединения формулы (V)где Rопределен выше; a Rпредставляет собой C-C-алкил; C-С-алкокси-C-C-алкил; необязательно замещенный фенил или необязательно замещенный бензил; гидролизу в кислотных условиях с получением раствора соли хинолиния; (ii) добавление основания к раствору, полученному на этапе (i), с получением свободной карбоновой кислоты (IV). Изобретение также предусматривает твердую (например, в форме частиц) форму одного соединения хинолинкарбоновой кислоты формулы (IV), причем согласно определению Rпредставляет собой хлор; и новые промежуточные продукты, используемые в описанном выше способе.
