Abstract
Настоящее изобретение предлагает способ изготовления устойчивого к соединениям серы катализатора гидрирования ароматических соединений до насыщения, включающий следующие стадии: изготовление содержащих благородный металл пропитывающих растворов из соединения благородного металла и деионизированной воды или раствора кислоты; пропитывание носителя пропитывающими растворами последовательно от высоких до низких концентраций посредством пропитывания по влагоемкости; гомогенизирование, высушивание и прокаливание для получения устойчивого к соединениям серы катализатора гидрирования ароматических соединений до насыщения. Катализатор гидрирования ароматических соединений до насыщения, изготовленный способом согласно настоящему изобретению, используется, главным образом, чтобы перерабатывать легкий дистиллят, средний дистиллят, атмосферный газойль и вакуумный газойль, имеющие низкое содержание соединений серы и высокое содержание ароматических соединений. Преимущества способа согласно настоящему изобретению заключаются в том, что катализатор гидрирования ароматических соединений до насыщения проявляет хорошие характеристики гидроочистки, превосходные характеристики насыщения ароматических соединений, высокий выход жидких продуктов, а также превосходное удаление серы и устойчивость к соединениям серы, и катализатор имеет замечательные эффекты при использовании и огромные перспективы применения.
