Abstract
Изобретение относится к области молекулярной биологии, в частности может использоваться для молекулярно-генетических исследований гена BOLA-DRB3, ответственного за устойчивость и чувствительность крупного рогатого скота (КРС) к вирусу лейкоза крупного рогатого скота (ВЛКРС), и может быть использовано научными и ветеринарными специалистами для оценки генетического профиля КРС на устойчивость к ВЛКРС методом полимеразной цепной реакции с исследованием полиморфизма длин рестрикционных фрагментов (ПЦР-ПДРФ). Технический результат, обеспечиваемый изобретением, выражается в разработке эффективного способа оценки устойчивости крупного рогатого скота к вирусному лейкозу и сокращении материальных затрат. Способ оценки устойчивости крупного рогатого скота к лейкозу, проведение ПЦР-ПДРФ, в котором для расщепления амплифицированного фрагмента (284 пар оснований) гена BoLA-DRB3, ответственного за устойчивость и восприимчивость к ВЛКРС, применяют рестрикционные ферменты - RsaI, BstYI и HaeIII, вместо рестрикционого фермента BstYI используют BstX21, а вместо HaeIII используют BsuRI.
