Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a derivados de tetrahidro-naftaleno y a sales del mismo que son útiles como ingrediente activo de preparaciones farmacéuticas. Los derivados de tetrahidro-naftaleno de la presente invención una excelente actividad como antagonista de VR1 y es útil para la prevención y tratamiento de enfermedades relacionadas con la actividad de VR1, en particular para el tratamiento de incontinencia urinaria de urgencia, vejiga hiperactiva, dolor crónico, dolor neuropático, dolor postoperatorio, dolor por artritis reumatoide, neuralgia, neuropatías, algesia, lesión nerviosa, isquemia, neurodegeneración, apoplejía, incontinencia, trastornos inflamatorios, asma y COPD.
