Abstract

Proceso para la vaporización de substratos acintados con una capa barrera transparente de óxido de aluminio.El invento atañe a un proceso para la vaporización de substratos acintados con una capa barrera transparente, mediante la vaporización reactiva de aluminio y entrada de gas reactivo, en una instalación de vaporización acintada, proceso para el cual, antes del revestimiento con óxido de aluminio, sobre el substrato se expande una capa cerrada incompleta de un metal o de un óxido metálico mediante chisporroteo de magnetrón.
