Abstract

La invención se relaciona con una formulación de liberación controlada de betahistina, o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables, que comprende: a) un núcleo que comprende un granulado de betahistina, un ácido orgánico o inorgánico y un polímero hidrófilo o mezclas de polímeros hidrófilos; b) opcionalmente, una primera capa de revestimiento que comprende un polímero hidrófilo y un excipiente insoluble en agua; c) opcionalmente, una segunda capa de revestimiento que comprende polímeros hidrófilos y agentes de coloración.
