Abstract

La invención se refiere a una caldera de gasificación para la combustión de combustibles sólidos, en particular balas de paja, para fines de calefacción y para la producción de agua caliente. La caldera de la invención se caracteriza por una combustión y una separación de la ceniza óptimas. El propósito de la invención es realizar la combustión de partículas pequeñas de la manera más completa posible y conseguir una separación casi total de las cenizas desde el gas de la combustión aguas arriba de los intercambiadores de calor. Para conseguir esto, de acuerdo con la primera característica de la reivindicación 1, la cámara de combustión y de gasificación comprende depresiones laterales que están configuradas en la proximidad de la cámara central de enrejado y de combustión. Las partículas gruesas se acumulan en dichas depresiones, dejando que las partículas finas sean transportadas con el gas de la combustión a la cámara de combustión. De acuerdo con la segunda característica de dicha reivindicación, una cámara de combustión cilíndrica, configurada como un componente adicional, está conectada a la salida de la cámara de combustión. Dicha cámara de combustión secundaria incrementa en una medida considerable el tiempo de la combustión, permitiendo que las partículas pequeñas y los gases parcialmente oxidados sean quemados completamente. De acuerdo con una tercera característica, un separador cilíndrico de ceniza, configurado como un componente adicional, está conectado a la cámara de combustión.
