Abstract

Se provee un procedimiento graduable para la preparación de un 42-éster de rapamicina mediante la reacción de un boronato de 42-éster de rapamicina con un diol y la purificación de 42-éster de rapamicina crudo por recristalización y tratamiento con un diol; se provee también un método para aislar y purificar un boronato de 42-éster de rapamicina de soluciones madre que comprenden acetona y contaminantes de rapamicina.
