Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un derivado heterocíclico de acuerdo a la fórmula I), donde las variables se definen como en la memoria, o con una sal o solvato farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo. La presente invención también se relaciona con una composición farmacéutica que comprende dichos derivados heterocíclicos y su uso en terapia, por ejemplo en el tratamiento o prevención de enfermedades siquiátricas donde se requiere un aumento de las respuestas sinápticas mediadas por los receptores de AMPA, incluyendo esquizofrenia, depresión y mal de Alzheimer.
