Abstract

Emulsiones nutritivas acuosas que presentan un contenido elevado de fibras. Estas emulsiones comprenden grasas, proteínas e hidratos de carbono e incluyen entre aproximadamente 1,75% y aproximadamente 4,0% en peso de un aceite de diacilglicerol y entre aproximadamente 1,5% y aproximadamente 9,0% en peso de fibras.
