Abstract

Se revela un procedimiento para la preparación de una composición probiótica no viable que tiene propiedades anti-alérgicas (es decir, previene las alergias y/o es anti-alérgica en un sentido terapéutico), el proceso comprende las etapas de (a) someter LGG a cultivación en un medio de cultivo adecuado utilizando un proceso por lotes, (b) recoger el sobrenadante del cultivo en una fase exponencial tardía de la etapa de cultivo; (c) eliminar el contenido líquido del sobrenadante de cultivo a fin de obtener la composición. También revela una composición que comprende una mezcla proteínica, siendo dicha composición obtenida por el procedimiento anterior, y el uso de los mismos en un producto dietético preferiblemente dirigido a mujeres embarazadas, bebés y niños así como en aplicaciones en alimentos para fines médicos específicos.
