Abstract

Esta descripción se refiere a un rollo sin núcleo de un producto de papel tisú, tal como papel de baño, hecho de una trama continua enrollada en espiral de producto de papel tisú teniendo un primer extremo y un segundo extremo y teniendo un diámetro exterior en el intervalo de 95 a 150 mm. La trama de producto de papel tisú se enrolla para definir un agujero interior extendiéndose axialmente posicionado centralmente con relación al rollo sin núcleo y de manera que el primer extremo se ubica en el lado exterior del rollo sin núcleo y el segundo extremo se ubica en el agujero interior. Un diámetro del agujero interior está en el intervalo de 20 a 50 mm. Una densidad del rollo sin núcleo está en un intervalo de 80 a 150 kg/m3. Una proporción de espesor del rollo está en un intervalo de 10% a 80%. El producto de papel tisú comprende entre dos y cuatro capas, en donde las capas se unen. Al menos una capa está hecha de papel prensado en húmedo convencional (CWP), y al menos una capa es una capa estructurada. El gramaje del producto de papel tisú está en un intervalo de 24 g/m2 a 125 g/m2.
