Abstract
Una composición farmacéutica de una proteína "erizo" que se caracteriza porque la proteina "erizo" se une a un soporte hidrofilico que es biocompatible y biodegradable, en donde el soporte es un polímero, el cual: -se une a la proteína "erizo" como un soporte cargado negativamente a causa de interacciones iónicas, -no desnaturtaliza la proteína "erizo" cuando está se une al soporte, -contiene por lo menos de 0,1 a 2 radicales cargados negativamente por monómero en condiciones neutras, -contiene la carga en forma de grupos de caracter ácido, -tiene un peso molecular medio de por lo menos 50000Da, -y no contiene agarosa, reversible y activamente libera las proteínas "erizo" in vivo a partir de un soporte, en forma retardada.
