Claims (8)

1. Dispositif de support d'un cylindre d'une machine à imprimer, par exemple un cylindre encreur ou un cylindre mouilleur, comportant un arbre fixe disposé dans une gaine tournante, dans lequel les coussinets de palier de forme cylindrique creuse recevant les tourillons d'arbre sont agencés, en considérant la direction axiale, en partie en forme de demi-coquilles, caractérisé en ce qu'une première coquille de palier (8) est reliée rigidement à un premier tourillon de palier (11) tandis que la seconde coquille de palier (9) est montée à rotation sur un second tourillon de palier (14) et en ce que les tourillons d'arbre (6, 7) sont chacun pourvus d'une broche d'arrêt (17, 18) les traversant et dont l'une (17) sert à l'alignement périphérique de l'arbre (3) dans la première coquille de palier (8) tandis que l'autre (18) sert à l'alignement de la coquille de palier (9) par rapport à l'arbre (3), de manière que des vis de fixation (15, 16), disposées perpendiculairement aux broches d'arrêt (17, 18) dans les tourillons d'arbre (6, 7) viennent s'aligner, lors du montage de l'arbre (1 ), dans des trous filetés ménagés dans les coquilles de palier (8, 9).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les coquilles de palier (8, 9) en partie en forme de demi-coquilles sont pourvues de chanfreins d'engagement.
3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les tourillons de palier (11, 14) sont disposés excentriquement et en ce qu'il est prévu, sur le côté et entre la seconde coquille de palier (par exemple 9) et le tourillon de palier associé (14), un élément élastique (13) autorisant un mouvement axial.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément élastique (13) se compose d'une rondelle élastique.
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la rondelle élastique (13) est disposée sur une vis à collerette (12) reliant la coquille de palier (9) au tourillon de palier (14).
6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les coquilles de palier (8, 9) sont chacune pourvues d'une nervure transversale recevant des vis de fixation (10, 12).
7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les vis (15, 16) comportent chacune, entre la tête et le filetage, un diamètre réduit jusqu'au diamètre de noyau et les broches d'arrêt (17, 18) sont disposées, au moins en partie, dans la zone de diamètre réduit et agissent comme un blocage de vis.
8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, à chaque extrémité du cylindre, des fourreaux tournants de protection (19; 20) entourant les vis de fixation (10, 15; 12, 16), les broches d'arrêt (17; 18), les coquilles de palier (8; 9) et les tourillons de palier (11; 14) et pourvus d'évidements permettant la mise en place du cylindre (1).
