Claims (18)

1. Armature pour battants basculants, ou basculants et pivotants, de fenêtres, de portes ou similaires comprenant un bras de retenue (2) s'étendant sensiblement sur le pourtour du battant, qui est articulé d'une part à la traverse dormante et est relié d'autre part au battant par une liaison rotative et coulissante, ou inversement, le tenon d'articulation de la liaison rotative et coulissante traversant une fente (4) d'un rail de guidage (11) constitué de préférence par un rail de recouvrement (5) ou fixé à un tel rail de recouvrement, la fente étant aménagée dans la région d'une partie coudée du rail de guidage et un élément de retenue élastique coopérant avec le tenon d'articulation étant disposé dans l'espace libre (12) constitué par la partie coudée en saillie, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de retenue élastique est constitué par un élément élastique (pièce d'adaptation 13) retenu par concordance de formes dans l'espace libre (12) de la partie coudée en saillie, lequel élément entoure l'extrémité du tenon d'articulation (3) qui est tournée vers le battant dans un trou allongé (10), dont la longueur (1) correspond au moins à la longueur de la fente (trou allongé 4) qui est nécessaire pour le basculement du battant, en ce que le trou allongé (10) correspond à la section du tenon d'articulation (3.). dans les deux régions des positions d'extrémité du tenon d'articulation (3) et présente des dimensions, dans sa région (17) qui se raccorde aux régions des positions d' extrémité et en direction du milieu du trou allongé, qui sont plus étroites que celles du tenon d'articulation (3).

Armature selon l'une quelconque ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la fente (4) pratiquée dans le rail de guidage (11) est élargie à son extrémité qui est à l'opposé du bras de retenue (2) en vue de l'introduction du tenon d'articulation (3), caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité du trou allongé (10) qui est à l'opposé du bras de retenue (2) est située à l'avant de la partie élargie (8).
5. Armature selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément élastique (pièce d'adaptation 13) comprend sur son côté qui est à l'opposé du bras de retenue (2) une saillie (22) au moyen de laquellle il se dispose par concordance de formes dans la partie élargie (8).
6. Armature selon le pre;ambule des revendications 1 et 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de retenue élastique est constitué par un élément élastique (pièce d'adaptation 13) dont la dimension en hauteur correspond à celle (a) de la partie coudée en saillie, lequel élément entoure l'extrémité du tenon d'articulation (3) qui est tournée vers le battant dans un trou alongé (10) dont la longeur (1) correspond au moins à la dimension en longeur de la fente (4) qui est nécessaire pour le basculement du battant, le trou allongé (10) correspond dans les deux régions de position d'extrémité du tenon d'articulation à la section transversale d'articulation et présente des dimensions plus étroites, dans sa région (17) qui se raccorde aux régons de position d'extrémité, en direction du milieu du trou allongé que le tenon d' articulation (3), l'élément élastique présentant sur son côté qui est tourné vers le bras de retenue (2) une saillie (22) au moyen de laquelle il se dispose avec concordance de formes dans la partie élargie (8).

9. Armature selon l'une quelconque ou plusieus des revendications précédentes, en particulier la revendication 8, caracterisée en ce que des enfoncements (évidements 21) de l'élément élastique (pièce d'adaptation 13) sont prévus dans la région des parties rétrécies (17) du trou allongé (10).

Armature pour battants basculants, ou basculants et pivotants, de fenêtres, de portes ou similaires comprenant un bras de retenue (37) s'étendant sensiblement sur le pourtour du battant, qui est articulé d'une part à la traverse dormante et est relié d'autre part au battant par une liaison rotative et coulissante (38, 39), ou inversement, le tenon d'articulation (39) de la liaison rotative et coulissante (38,39) traversant une fente (38) d'un rail de guidage (35) constitué de préférence par un rail de recouvrement (36) ou fixé à un tel rail de recouvrement, la fente (38) présentant une partie élargie (38a) destinée au passage de la tête (39b) du tenon d'articulation (39) et cette partie élargie (38a) étant munie d'une fermeture (42), avec un élément de retenue élastique coopérant avec le tenon d'articulation, selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la fermeture (42) comprend un corps façonné (42) qui est disposé à l'intérieur de la partie coudée en saillie du rail de guidage (36), pénètre par une saillie (43) dans la partie élargie (38a) et s'appuie par une surface d'appui à l'opposé de la saillie (43) contre une surface d'appui présente sur une bielle (33) et/ou le rail de recouvrement et/ou l'aile de battant associée (30), ou indirectement ou directement sur l'aile du cadre.

Armature selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le corps façonné (42) forme une butée pour le tenon d'articulation (39), en particulier pour la tête (39b) de ce tenon d'articulation, lorsque le tenon d'articulation (39) est approximativement dans une position d'extrémité le long de la fente (38).

15. Armature selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisée en ce que le corps façonne (242) a une forme circulaire autour de l'axe de la partie élargie (38a) et peut éventuellement tourner autour de cet axe.
16. Armature selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 15, caractérisée en ce que le corps façonné (42) est empêché de tourner du fait de son insertion avec concordance de formes dans la partie coudée en saillie (36) et/ou dans la partie élargie et/ou dans une rainure éventuellement à gradins (31) de l'aile (30) du battant respectif.
17. Armature selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 16, caractérisé en ce que, par réunion du rail de guidage (36) avec la bielle (33) en un ensemble unitaire, la bielle (33) peut être de toute façon suffisamment écartée du rail de guidage pour qu'après un dégagement total ou partiel du rail de guidage (36) de l'aile (30) du battant respectif et après écartement de la bielle (33) du rail de guidage (36), le corps façonné (42) puisse être retiré de l'espace intermédiaire compris entre le rail de guidage (36) et la bielle (33).
18. Armature selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 17, caracterisée en ce que le corps façonné (42) est réalisé sous forme d'une pièce moulée par injection ou moulée par compression, notamment en matière synthétique.
