Claims (8)

1. Verfahren zum Auswechseln einer Eisenbahnweiche oder -kreuzung, wonach beiderseits der Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung Arbeitsschienen (9) verlegt werden und die Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung oder ein Teil davon mit Hilfe eines Balkens (13) angehoben wird, welcher mit seinen Enden an zwei Hebevorrichtungen (1, 5) aufgehängt ist, von denen wenigstens eine mit Mitteln (8, 11, 11') zum Rollen auf den Arbeitsschienen (9) ausgerüstet ist, und wonach die Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung zum Ort, wo sie zerlegt wird, abtransportiert und die neue Weiche oder Kreuzung mit Hilfe des Balkens (13) und der beiden Hebevorrichtungen (1, 5) herangeschafft und verlegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Hebevorrichtungen zwei Kräne (1, 5) verwendet werden, welche sich an den Enden der beiden durch die Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung verbundenen Abschnitte des Gleises (4) befinden, dass die angehobene Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung um eine wenigstens näherungsweise parallel zur Ebene des Gleises (4) orientierte Längsachse derart gekippt wird, dass sie sich innerhalb des Gleisdurchgangsprofils (G) befindet, dass nach dem Abtransport der Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung und vor dem Heranschaffen der neuen Weiche oder Kreuzung die Arbeitsschienen (9) auf die normale Spurweite (9') zusammengerückt und durch Abstandsstangen (9") miteinander verbunden werden, dass dann Bettungsreinigungs- und/ oder Untergründsanierungsarbeiten mit Hilfe an sich bekannter Gleisunterhaltungsmaschinen durchgeführt werden und dass danach die Arbeitsschienen (9) auf ihre Anfangsspurweite auseinandergerückt werden.
2. Umbauzug zur Druchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit zwei Hebevorrichtungen (1, 5), die auf Rollvorrichtungen (8, 11, 11") installiert sind, von denen wenigstens eine zum Rollen auf den beiderseits der Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung verlegten Arbeitsschienen (9) eingerichtet ist, und mit einem Balken (13), der mit Greifervorrichtungen (14) zum Erfassen der Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung ausgerüstet und mit seinen Enden an den beiden Kranen (1, 5) aufgehängt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebevorrichtung Kräne (1, 5) sind, welche auf zum Rollen auf dem Gleis (4) eingerichteten Fahrwerken (3, 7) montiert sind und deren für die Arbeitsschienen (9) vorgesehene Rollvorrichtungen (8, 11, 11') auch zum Rollen auf dem Gleis (4) eingerichtet sind, dass der Balken (13) an den beiden Kränen (1, 5) mit Hilfe von Gelenken (23) aufgehängt ist und dass jeder Kran (1, 5) mit einer Hilfswinde (16) versehen ist, deren Seil (17) an einem Punkt (24) befestigt ist, der ausserhalb der die beiden erwähnten Gelenke (23) des Balkens (13) verbindenden Linie liegt, um einerseits ein Gleichgewicht beim Heben der Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung zu ermöglichen und andererseits die Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung neigen zu können, indem der Balken (13) um die durch die beiden erwähnten Gelenke (23) definierte Längsachse gedreht wird, die wenigstens näherungsweise parallel zur Ebene des Gleises (4) orientiert ist.
3. Umbauzug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Bewegung auf den Arbeitsschienen (9) eingerichteten Mittel vier Stützfüsse (11, 11') sind, welche in der Nähe der vier Ecken eines den Kran (5) tragenden Chassis (6) angeordnet und mit Fahrgestellen (8) versehen sind, die vorzugsweise an den Stützfüssen (11, 11') mit Hilfe von Zylindern (19) aufgehängt sind, welche die Lage des Chassis (7) in bezug auf die Ebene des Gleises (4) einzustellen erlauben.
4. Umbauzug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfüsse (11, 11') am Chassis (6) um wenigstens näherungsweise senkrecht zur Ebene des Chassis (6) orientierten Achsen (18) drehbar angelenkt sind und dass Zylinder (20) zum Einstellen der Winkellage dieser Stützfüsse (11, 11') in der Ebene des Chassis (6) vorgesehen sind.
5. Umbauzug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eines der Fahrgestelle (8) mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (M) ausgerüstet ist.
6. Umbauzug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifervorrichtungen (14) für den Balken (13) Krantraversen (14) sind, die in ihrer Länge einstellbar und mit Haken (21) versehen sind.
7. Umbauzug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützfüsse (11, 11') mit Mitteln (25, 26) zum Verlegen bzw. Entfernen der Arbeitsschienen (9) ausgerüstet sind, welche vorzugsweise aus einem Paar von Schienenzangen (25) bestehen, die durch Zylinder (26) einstellbar sind, welche jeweils an den vier Fahrgestellen (8) der Stützfüsse (11,11') montiert sind.
8. Umbauzug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zur Bewegung auf den Arbeitsschienen (9) eingerichteten Mittel (8, 11, 11') auch dazu eingerichtet sind, während des Transports einer Weiche (10) oder Kreuzung von der Arbeitsstelle zum Depot oder umgekehrt auf dem normalen Gleis (4) zu rollen, um die Stabilität der Kräne (1, 5) während dieses Transports zu erhöhen.
