Claims (5)

1. Hülsenboden für Munitionen von mittlerem oder grossem Kaliber, in einem nichtmetallischen Werkstoff mit einem Elastizitätsmodul zwischen 1000 und 10 000 MPa hergestellt, bestehend aus einem mit der brennbaren Hülse (10) der Munition bündigen, rohrförmigen Teil (1), wobei der Hülsenkörper in den rohrförmigen Teil einragt, sowie aus einem runden, hinteren Flansch (2) mit einer axialen Bohrung (4) für die Aufnahme .eines Zündrohres, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt der vorderen Kante des rohrförmigen Teils von innen nach aussen abgefast ist, ohne mit der äusseren Fläche des Hülsenkörpers in Berührung zu kommen, wobei die abgefaste Kante, nach dem Abbrand der Hülse, durch Verformung gegen die innere Fläche des Waffenrohres gedrückt wird, um eine Abdichtung der Munition bei niedrigem Druckpegel zu gewähren.
2. Hülsenboden nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwischen dem rohrförmigen Teil (1) und den Hülsenkörper (10) mit einer Dichtung (11) versehen ist, die aus einem mit brennbarer Füllung gegossenen Schaum besteht.
3. Hülsenboden nach einem beliebigen Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einem metallischen Einsatz versehen ist, der aus einer hinteren Scheibe (6) und einem rohrförmigen Teil (7) von kleinem Durchschnitt besteht.
4. Hülsenboden nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nicht-metallische Werkstoff um den metallischen Einsatz (6, 7) ausgegossen wird.
5. Hülsenboden nach einem beliebigen Anspruch 1 bis 4, mit einer elektrischen Zündkapsel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nicht-metallische Werkstoff mit einer Füllung aus stromleitendem Werkstoff gemischt ist, um eine stromführende Leitung zwischen der elektrischen Zündkapsel und dem Hülsenboden herzustellen.
