Claims (18)

1. Verfahren zum Füllen eines mit einem Ventil versehenen Aerosolbehälters mit zwei Kammern (3, 5), von denen die eine mit dem Ventil verbunden ist und die durch eine flexible oder bewegliche Wand (2) getrennt sind, wobei die zu konditionierende Substanz in die erste Kammer (3) eingefüllt und diese Kammer dann verschlossen wird, worauf in die zweite Kammer (5) ein Treibmittel eingefüllt oder in ihr erzeugt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Einfüllen der zu konditionierenden Substanz der wesentliche Teil der Luft aus der ersten Kammer (3) entfernt und die Substanz, ohne daß sie mit der Atmosphäre in Kontakt gelangt, mit Hilfe einer Dosiereinrichtung (11) in die erste Kammer (3) eingefüllt wird, worauf die erste Kammer (3) vorschlossen und danach das Treibmittel in die zweite Kammer (5) eingeführt oder darin erzeugt wird.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Einfüllen der Substanz das Ventil (4) des Behälters (1) in seine Endstellung gebracht und dadurch die Substanz durch dieses Ventil (4) in die erste Kammer (3) eingefüllt wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Einfüllen der Substanz die erste Kammer (3) mit dem Anbringen des Ventils (4) verschlossen wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Entfernen der Luft aus der erten Kammer (3) diese soweit evakuiert wird, daß ihr Volumen mindestens gleich ist dem Volumen der einzufüllenden Substanz, und daß die Substanz ohne Unterbrechung des Vakuums in die erste Kammer (3) eingefüllt wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Aufrechterhaltung des gewünschten Volumens in der ersten Kammer (3) die zweite Kammer (5) evakuiert wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Entfernen der Luft aus der ersten Kammer (3) deren Volumen durch Deformieren oder Verschieben der flexiblen oder beweglichen Trennwand vermindert wird, worauf die Substanz durch Vergrößerung des Volumens der ersten Kammer (3) in diese eingefüllt wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, bei welchem das Treibmittel während des Gebrauchs der Substanz stufenweise im Inneren eines verformbaren Behälters (42) erzeugt wird, welcher die zweite Kammer (5) bildet und vor dem Verschießen des Behälter (1) in diesen eingeführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein unter Vakuum luftdicht verschlossener verformbarer Behälter (42) in die erste Kammer (3) eingeführt wird, um vor dem Einfüllen der Substanz die Luft dieser zu entfernen.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiereinrichtung eine Dosierkapazität (11) aufweist, die mittels eines Ventils (13) an die erste Kammer (3) anschließbar ist.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, für gering viskose Substanzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosierkapazität (11) über den Aerosolbehälter (1) angeordnet und die Substanz aus der Dosierkapazität (11) durch Schwerkraft in die erste Kammer (3) eingefüllt wird.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiereinrichtung mindestens eine Dosierpumpe aufweist.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem in der Wand der zweiten Kammer (5) eine mit einem Stopfen (7) aus elastischem Material versehene Öffnung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Kammer (5) mittels einer den Stopfen (7) perforierenden Injektionshohlnadel (21) evakuiert und/oder gefüllt wird.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem in der Wand der zweiten Kammer (5) eine mit einem Stopfen (7) aus elastischem Material versehene Öffnung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stopfen (7) nach dem Evakuieren und dem Füllen der zweiten Kammer (5) eingesetzt wird.
13. Vorrichtung zum Füllen eines Aerosolbehälters (1), der zwei durch eine flexible oder bewegliche Trennwand (2) getrennte Kammern (3, 5) aufweist, bestehend aus einer Einrichtung, die den Behälter (1) in einer Füllstellung mit der nach oben weisenden Öffnung einers ersten Kammer (3) des Behälters (1) hält, einer Einrichtung zum Einbringen einer dosierten Menge der zu konditionierenden Substanz in die erste Kammer (3), einer Einrichtung zum Anbringen eines Einfüllventils für die Substanz über der Öffnung der ersten Kammer (3) und einer Einrichtung zum Einfüllen oder Erzeugen eines Treibmittels in einer zweiten Kammer (5) dieses Behälters (1), gekennzeichnet durch eine Einrichtung (13) zum Entfernen des größten Teils der in der ersten Kammer vor dem Einfüllen der Substanz enthaltenen Luft und eine Einrichtung zum Schutz der Substanz vor Kontakt mit der Umgebungsluft während des Einfüllens und bei der Anbringung des Ventils.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine eine Dosierkapazität (11), ein Ventil (13) und eine Verbindungsleitung (12) aufweisende Einrichtung, weiter durch eine Einrichtung zum vertikalen Verschieben des mit dem Ventil (4) versehenen Behälters (1), um zwischen dem Vendil (4) und der Verbindungsleitung (12) eine dichte Verbindung herzustellen, weiter durch eine Einrichtung zum Öffnen des Ventils ohne Aufhebung der dichten Verbindung, ferner eine Einrichtung zum Anschließen der Dosierkapazität (11) an eine Unterdruckquelle und eine Einrichtung zum Einführen der Substanz in die Dosierkapazität.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine erste Einrichtung mit einem ersten Kanal, der dicht an die erste Kammer (3) anschließbar ist und mit einem zweiten Kanal zum Anschluß an eine Vakumquelle, weiter mit einer Dosierpumpe (35) zur Abgabe der erforderlichen Menge der Substanz und mit einem Ventil zum Verbinden des ersten Kanals entweder mit dem zweiten Kanal oder mit dem Auslaß der Dosierpumpe, ferner durch eine zweite Einrichtung zum Anbringen und Befestigen des Ventils (4) des Behälters (1) über diesem, ohne daß der Innenraum der ersten Kammer (3) mit der Atmosphäre in Kontakt gelangt und einer Anordnung, um nacheinander die erste Einrichtung und die zweite Einrichtung in Relation zu dem Aerosolbehälter zu bringen, ohne daß dessen erste Kammer bei der Relativbewegung mit der Atmosphäre in Kontakt gelangt.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, gekennzeichnet durch eine dritte Einrichtung (41) zum Einführen eines die zweite Kammer (5) bildenden deformierbaren Behälters (42) in das Innere des Aerosolbehälters (1) und durch eine Einrichtung, um den Aerosolbehälter in Relation mit dieser dritten Einrichtung (41) zu bringen, bevor dieser mit der ersten Einrichtung in Verbindung gebracht wird.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine Injektionshohlnadel (21), eine Einrichtung (22) zum Einführen der Spitze der Hohinadel (21) in die zweite Kammer (5) und weiter durch eine erste Anordnung (24, 26, 28) zum Anschluß der Nadel (21) an eine Vakuumquelle und durch eine zweite Anordnung (25, 27, 29) zum Anschluß der Nadel (21) an eine Quelle für das Treibmittel.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, gekennzeichnet durch einen Hohlraum (50) zum dichten Verbinden mit der zweiten Kammer (5) durch eine Öffnung in der Wand des Aerosolbehälters (1), wobei dieser Hohlraum eine Einrichtung (53) aufweist, die den Stopfen (7) in Abstand von dieser Öffnung hält und ihn in die Öffnung einführt sowie mit einem ersten Anschluß (24, 26) gegenüber einer Vakuumquelle und mit einem zweiten Anschluß (25, 27) gegenüber einer Quelle für das Treibmittel versehen ist.
