Claims (8)

1. Cosse femelle pour broches mâles avec une surface de contact (9) pouvant être appliquée contre une broche mâle, avec une zone de raccordement de conducteur (2) et une enveloppe de surmoulage par injection en un matériau isolant (20), la cosse femelle présentant un corps de base (1) cylindrique, en forme de douille, entre la surface de contact (9) et la zone de raccordement de conducteur (2), caractérisée en ce qu'une surface partielle (11) de la paroi du corps de base est repliée, le long d'une ligne de pliage (12) sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe d'embrochage (E), vers l'intérieur de la cavité (13) du corps de base, et constitue un disque d'obturation qui vient s'appliquer, avec la totalité de son bord périphérique (14), sur la paroi interne (15) de la cavité (13) du corps de base.
2. Cosse femelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que au moins une partie du bord périphérique (14) de la surface partielle (11), est maintenue dans une rainure (16) prévue dans la paroi interne (15) du corps de base (1).
3. Cosse femelle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la surface partielle (11) présente un trou (21) concentrique à la surface délimitée par la surface de contact (9), perpendiculairement à la direction d'embrochage (E).
4. Cosse femelle selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la surface de la section transversale du trou (21) est inférieure à la surface de passage de la broche mâle, dans la zone de la surface de contact (9).
5. Cosse femelle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est entourée par un fourreau (17) avec une ouverture de passage (18) pour une broche mâle, ce fourreau étant emmanché, dans la direction d'embrochage (E), sur le corps de base (1), et s'appliquant sur ce dernier en épousant sa forme.
6. Dispositif pour la fabrication par moulage par injection, de l'enveloppe en matériau isolant d'une cosse femelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une broche mâle (19, 22) adaptée à la cosse femelle, agencée dans le moule d'injection (25) coaxialement à l'axe d'embrochage (26), et faisant office d'élément d'aide au moulage.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'aide au moulage présente une zone d'extrémité conique (27), en-dehors de la cosse femelle.
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'aide au moulage présente une pointe de centrage (23) avec une surface de butée attenante (24), la pointe de centrage venant s'ajuster dans le trou (21) de la surface partielle (11) de la cosse femelle.
