Claims (7)

1. Presswerkzeug mit aktiven Teilen in Form von einer bzw. mehreren Matrizen (5) und einem bzw. mehreren Stempeln (12) und mit einem Blech-Niederhalter (19), der diesen bzw. diese Stempel in ihrer Verschiebung führt und gegen diese Matrize bzw. diese Matrizen ein Blech-(20) in seinem Arbeitshub in Stellung hält, das einer Formgebung unterzogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwischen der Matrize bzw. den Matritzen (5) und dem Stempel bzw. den Stempeln (12) mit einem Blech-Niederhalter (19) versehen ist, der wenigstens einen normalen Arbeitshub und wahlweise zwei Rückhübe ausführt, nämlich einen normalen Rückhub und einen Eingriffs-Rückhub, wobei der Blech-Niederhalter (19) in dem normalen Rückhub den bzw. die Stempel (12) teilweise zurückhält und wobei in dem Eingriffs-Rückhub der Blech-Niederhalter (19) sich ganz von diesem Stempel bzw. diesen Stempeln trennt.
2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, mit einer oberen Platte (18), die an einem Pressenstössel (4) einer Presse (2) befestigt ist und den bzw. die Stempel (12) sowie die Stempelhalter trägt, und mit einer unteren Platte (11), die an einem Tisch (3) dieser Presse befestigt ist und die Matrize bzw. die Matrizen (5) sowie die Matrizenhalter trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Blech-Niederhalter (19), um seinen normalen Arbeitshub und seine zwei Wahl-Rückhübe auszuführen, mit der oberen Platte (18) des Werkzeugs über gleitende Verbindungseinrichtungen (23) mechanisch verbunden ist, wovon jede wahlweise zwei Anschläge (25, 26) umfasst, wobei der eine das Ende seines normalen Rückhubes markiert, wo der bzw. die Stempel (12) in dem Blech-Niederhalter (19) teilweise gehalten bleiben, und der andere das Ende seines Eingriffs-Rückhubes darstellt, wo der bzw. die Stempel (12) sich gänzlich ausserhalb dieses Blech-Niederhalters (19) befinden.
3. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der gleitenden Verbindungseinrichtungen (23) eine Halteschraube (24) mit Haltekopf umfasst, die an der oberen Platte (18) des Werkzeugs befestigt ist, und wahlweise einen ersten Anschlag (25) in Form einer Hülse, die auf dieser Schraube (24) gleitend gelagert und an dem Blech-Niederhalter (19) befestigt ist, um als Anschlag für das Eingriffs-Rückhubende zu dienen, sowie wahlweise einen zweiten Anschlag (26) in Form einer Gabel aufweist, der je nachdem, ob er in dieser Hülse zwischen dem einziehbaren Kopf dieser Halteschraube (24) und dem Boden dieser Hülse (25) gehalten ist oder von dieser Hülse (25) gelöst ist, entweder einen normalen Rückhub dieses Blech-Niederhalters (19) oder einen Eingriffs-Rückhub dieses Blech-Niederhalters (19) bestimmt.

Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den gleitenden Verbindungseinrichtungen (23) die Hülse (25) aus einem Teil besteht, das einen Längsschnitt in Form eines gestreckten, umgekehrten U aufweist, wovon die Seitenwand mit einer Durchgangsöffnung (31) für die Gabel (26) versehen ist und mit einem freien Ende, das mit einer Halteschulter versehen ist.
5. Werzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in gleitenden Verbindungseinrichtungen (23) die Gabel (26) aus einem Teil mit zwei Armen besteht, das durch einen Griff (29) verlängert ist, welcher aus der Hülse (25) herausragt.

Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den gleitenden Verbindungseinrichtungen (23) die Gabeln (26) an einer selben Steuervorrichtung (32) befestigt sind, die bei deren Instellungbringen oder Einziehen eine gleichzeitige Bewegung bei ihrer Verlagerung überträgt.
7. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Gabel (26) der gleitenden Verbindungseinrichtungen (23) eine stirnseitige Schiene (33) gleitende Seitenbolzen (34, 35), an welche diese Gabeln (26) befestigt sind, umfasst.
