Claims (18)

1. Raccord de cheminée pour un tuyau de fumée (6) comportant un compensateur (7) d'équilibrage des dilatations dont une extrémité est fixée sur le tuyau de fumée et dont l'autre extrémité du côté cheminée présente une bride (8) faisant saillie radialement laquelle est serrée de manière étanche par sa face frontale (10) du côté avant au moyen d'éléments de serrage (12) fixés sur sa face arrière, la partie de la cheminée entourant son ouverture latérale (1), constituée en maçonnerie ou en boisseaux (2) étant réalisée de manière à présenter une surface sensiblement plane (3), caractérisé par le fait la bride (8) du côté cheminée du compensateur (7) présente un bourrelet (9, 9"') faisant saillie de sa surface (10) du côté frontal, périphérique, par le fait que dans la surface plane (3) de la partie de cheminée, à une certaine distance de l'ouverture (1) est pratiquée une rainure (4,4"') périphérique, sensiblement complémentaire au bourrelet (9, 9"') et par le fait que la bride (8) ne vient s'appliquer sur la maçonnerie ou les boisseaux (2) qu'à travers une couche intercalée (11) en matière élastique analogue à du caoutchouc et qu'elle est serrée sur ladite maçonnerie au moyen de boulonnages (15) disposés extérieurement à ladite bride (8) et placés dans la maçonnerie ou les boisseaux (2) ainsi qu'au moyen des éléments éléments de serrage (12) qui recouvrent la zone du bourrelet (9, 9"') ledit bourrelet (9, 9"') pénétrant dans la rainure (4, 4"') et la couche (11) venant se coller aussi bien sur la maçonnerie ou les boisseaux (2) et la rainure (4,4"') que sur la face (10) du côté frontal de la bride (8) et sur le bourrelet (9, 9"').
2. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la couche (11) est constituée d'un adhésif élastomère à deux composants dont la réticulation a lieu après l'application de la bride (8) sur la maçonnerie ou les boisseaux (2).
3. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la couche (11) est constituée en un adhésif élastomère fluoré à deux composants, réticulé.
4. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1,2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que la couche (11) a une épaisseur de 0,5 à 10 mm.
5. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la rainure (4) et le bourrelet (9) ont une coupe transversale triangulaire.
6. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la rainure (4') et le bourrelet (9') ont une coupe transversale de forme trapézoïdale.
7. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la rainure (4") et le bourrelet (4") ont une section transversale de forme semi-circulaire.
8. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la rainure (4"') présente sur un seul ou sur ses deux flancs latéraux des évidements (4a, 4b) et que le bourrelet (9"') pénètre dans ces évidements par des saillies latérales.
9. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1 ou les revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le bourrelet (9"') présente une chambre creuse (9a) passante.
10. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de serrage (12) sont constitués de tringles (14') de serrage fixées sur une grande surface de la bride (8), lesdites tringles s'appuyant radialement à l'extérieur de ladite bride (8) au moyen d'éléments de serrage (14') sur la surface plane (3).
11. Raccord de cheminée selon les revendications 1, 8 ou 9, caractérisé par le fait que les éléments de serrage (12) contiennent des griffes de serrage (18) lesqelles viennent en prise directement, ou par l'intermédiaire de baquettes plates (17), avec la bride (8).
12. Raccord de cheminée selon les revendications 1, 5, 6, 7 ou 8, comportant les boisseaux revêtant l'ouverture latérale de la cheminée, caractérisé par le fait que les boisseaux (2) contiennent des sections de rainures (22) pratiquées avant le maçonnage desdits boisseaux, dans leurs faces frontales (2a) formant la surface plane (3) qui entourent l'ouverture latérale (1) de la cheminée, l'ensemble de ces sections de rainures constituant la rainure (4,4', 4", 4"') entourant à une certaine distance l'ouverture (1).
13. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 1, 5, 6, 7 ou 8, comportant les boisseaux revêtant l'ouverture latérale de la cheminée, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une partie des boisseaux (12) présente au moins un évidement (20) réalisé avant leur maçonnage, cet évidement partant de la surface frontale (2c) des boisseaux laquelle constitue une partie de la surface plane (3) entourant l'ouverture latérale (1) de la cheminée et dont l'axe longitudinal (21) s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement à la face frontale (2c) des boisseaux et par le fait que dans cet évidement (20) est ancré un premier élément (15a) du boulonnage (15) lequel présente un filetage (15'a) sur ou dans lequel est vissé un deuxième élément (15b) lequel est fixé sur une pièce de serrage (12) sous l'effet d'une pression.
14. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que l'évidement (20) contient une première section (20a) partant de la surface frontale (2c) des boisseaux présentant une paroi latérale au moins approximatiquement parallèle à l'axe longitudinal (21), ainsi qu'une deuxième section (20b) se raccordant à la première qui est plus large que la première section (20a) en direction radiale de l'axe longitudinale, par le fait que le premier élément (15a) du boulonnage (15) contient une tige (15'a) disposée, au moins partiellement, dans la première section de l'évidement (20), tige à une extrémité de laquelle est pratiqué le filetage (15"a) et dont l'autre extrémité supporte un élément d'ancrage (15"'a) qui présente radialement des dimensions supérieures à celles de la première section (20a) de l'évidement (20), est disposé dans la deuxième section (20b) et maintenu par celle-ci solidairement contre tout mouvement dans l'axe longitudinal (21), au moins dans la direction de la surface frontale (2a) des boisseaux, et par le fait que, respectivement, par rapport à des coupes perpendiculaires à l'axe longitudinal (21) la forme de la section transversale de la tige (15'a) et/ou de l'élément d'ancrage (15"'a) ainsi que la forme de la section transversale correspondante de la première section (20a) ou de la deuxième section (20b) sont choisies de telle sorte que le premier élément (15a) du boulonnage (15) est assuré, par solidarisation de forme avec le boisseau (2), contre toute rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal (21 ).
15. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que la tige (15a) est réalisée sous la forme d'un boulon cylindrique et que l'élément d'ancrage (15"'a) est une plaque rectangulaire fixée sur le boulon au centre et perpendiculairement à l'axe de celui-ci, et par le fait que la deuxième section (20b) de l'évidement (20a) présente la forme d'un parallélépipède.
16. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé par le fait que l'évidement (20) continue jusgu'à la face arrière (2b) du boisseau (2) et que la deuxième section (20b) de l'évidement (20) est réalisée en forme d'évidement pratiqué dans cette face arrière (2b).
17. Raccord de cheminée selon l'une des revendications 13 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que l'évidement (20) est ouvert en direction de la surface (2a) du joint.
18. Raccord de cheminée selon la revendication 17, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe longitudinal (21) de l'évidement (20) est situé dans le joint (19) entre deux boisseaux (2) une moitié respectivement dudit évidement étant réalisée dans la surface (2a) du joint d'un premier boisseau (2) et l'autre moitié dans la surface du joint du boisseau adjacent.
