Claims (14)

1. Fourneau de cheminée comportant un foyer et une porte deux vantaux disposée en avant du foyer et dont les vantaux (4, 5), dont l'un vient en partie par-dessus l'autre en position de fermeture, sont chacun portés, avec liberté de pivotement, au moyen de charnières rapportées sur le fôur, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque vantail (4, 5) est associé au moins un ressort qui le pousse en position de fermeture et en ce qu'il est prévu un verrou (21) qui agit sur le vantail (5) qui vient par dessus et qui est apte à être déverrouillé par l'autre vantail (4).
2. Fourneau de cheminée selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des deux charnières latérales (12) de chaque vantail (4,5) présente un ressort de rappel (7).
3. Fourneau de cheminée selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des charnières (12) de chaque vantail (4, 5) présente une butée d'ouverture (19).
4. Fourneau de cheminée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le verrou (21) est une patte (22) qui peut pivoter pour venir sur le chemin du déplacement du vantail (5) qui vient par dessus.
5. Fourneau de cheminée selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un ressort (28) qui précontraint la patte (22) du verrou (21) en position de verrouillage.

7. Fourneau de cheminée selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la patte (22) qui forme le verrou (21) est reliée à un déclencheur (29) apte à être manoeuvré par le vantail (4) qui vient par dessous.
8. Fourneau de cheminée selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le déclencheur est un levier (29) à face supérieure cintrée, relié, sans liberté de rotation relative, à la patte (22) au moyen d'un axe (25).
9. Fourneau de cheminée selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'axe (25) est porté, avec liberté de rotation, sur la carrosserie (1) du four, en-dessous du foyer (2).
10. Fourneau de cheminée selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le ressort qui agit sur la patte (22) est un ressort à lame (28).
11. Fourneau de cheminée selon l'une des revendications 4 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le ressort qui agit sur la patte (22) est un ressort hélicoïdal.
12. Fourneau de cheminée selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les ressorts qui agissent sur les vantaux (4, 5) sont des ressorts hélicoïdaux (16).
