Claims (8)

1. Vorrichtung zur Zurückhaltung einer Tür in der Offenstellung, die zum Beispiel auf einem Kraftfahrzeug montiert werden kann, und die ein mit dem Türflügel (B) fest verbundenes, mit Zähnen versehenes Glied (2) aufweist, gekennzeichnet durch ein anderes, mit der Türzarge (D) fest verbundenes, mit Zähnen versehenes Glied (1), welches mit dem mit Zähnen versehenen Glied (2) des Türflügels eingreifen kann, wobei das besagte, mit Zähnen versehene Glied nachgiebig ist, damit der Türflügel in der Offenstellung gemäss dem gewählten Oeffnungswinkel zurückhalten ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorerwähnten, mit Zähnen versehenen Glieder (1, 2) zwei, im wesentlichen parallele, mit Zähnen (8, 14) versehene Flächen (7, 13) bilden, und zwar eine erste, gemäss einer im wesentlichen senkrechten und zur Schwenkungsachse (X) des Türflügels (B) parallelen Ebene, an der Türzarge (D) befestigte Fläche (7), und eine zweite, im wesentlichen gemäss einem, die besagte, zum Beispiel aus eine senkrechte Achse aufweisenden Drehgelenken gebildete Schwenkungsachse umgebenden Kreisbogen, an dem Türflügel befestigte Fläche (13).
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes bzw. jede der mit Zähnen versehenen Glieder bzw. Flächen (7, 13) aus einem nachgiebigen Material hergestellt sind, zum Beispiel aus einem Acetalharz, was die an der Türzarge befestigte Fläche betrifft, und aus Polyamid, was die an dem Türflügel befestigte Fläche betrifft.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die relative Stellung beider mit Zähnen versehenen Flächen, die an der Türzarge bzw. an dem Türflügel befestigt sind, der Art ist, dass die Zahl der eingreifenden Zähnen (8, 14) und somit das Zurückhaltungsmoment umso grösser werden, als der Oeffnungswinkel des Türflügels (B) grösser wird.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit Zähnen versehenen Flächen (7, 13) an der Türzarge bzw. an dem Türflügel, anhand von in in dieser Türzarge und in diesem Türflügel vorgesehenen Oeffnungen angeklemmten Zapfen oder dergleichen (17) befestigt und gespannt sind.

Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (15, 16) der an dem Türflügel (B) befestigten, mit Zähnen versehenen Fläche (13) keine Zähne tragen und dass sie zwei, zwischeneinander einen Winkel von im wesentlichen 90° bildenden, einwärts gerichteten Ansätze (15a, 16a) aufweisen, nachdem die Fläche am besagten Türflügel befestigt worden ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens die Befestigung der mit Zähnen versehenen Fläche (13) an dem Türflügel (B) regelbar ist, damit eine Vorregelung deren Spannung bzw. Belastung möglich ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eines (15) der vorerwähnten Enden der an dem Türflügel befestigten, mit Zähnen versehenen Fläche, mit wenigstens einem mit der Türzarge zusammenwirkenden Anschlag (21) versehen ist, damit ein maximaler Oeffnungswinkel für den Türflügel bestimmt wird.
