Claims (5)

1. Verfahren zum Markieren und/oder Zerstören von wertvollen Dokumenten, die sich in einem Schutzbehälter oder einem Behälter für Sicherheitstransporte befinden, in welchem Behälter die Verpackung durch eine pyrotechnische Ladung geöffnet und gleichzeitig eine vollständige Durchtränkung der Dokumente durch eine zerstörend oder als Markierung wirkende Flüssigkeit herbeigeführt werden kann, die sich in mindestens einem in dem Schutzbehälter angeordneten Behälter (14) befindet, so daß die Dokumente unbenutzbar oder auf legalem Wege identifizierbar gemacht werden, wobei die Flüssigkeit durch die Stoßwelle herausgeschleudert wird, die durch die Explosion einer pyrotechnischen Ladung verursacht wird, welche Explosion durch eine Einrichtung zum Nachweis eines Diebstahls oder Einbruchsversuchs ausgelöst wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verbesserung der Durchtränkung ein vollständiges oder unvollständiges Zerreißen aller Dokumente herbeigeführt wird, und daß gleichzeitig mit dem vorwärts wirkenden unvollständigen Zerreißen der durch einen vorübergehenden Schwingungsvorgang voneinander getrennten Dokumente der oder die Behälter durch einen Schnitt nach hinten an der Stelle geöffnet werden, wo eine Schwächungslinie vorbereitet ist, die die Form einer Art längsverlaufender Düse hat, während die Reflexion der Rückstoßwelle an dem Boden des Behälters oder der Behälter unter der gemeinsamen Wirkung der Reflexion und der elastischen Verformung der Wände des Behälters oder der Behälter die in diesen Behältern enthaltene Flüssigkeit durch die Düse hinausschleudert.
2. Vorrichtung zum Markieren und/oder Zerstören von wertvollen Dokumenten, umfassend:
(a) einen Transportbehälter (28), der so ausgebildet ist, daß er Dokumente (9, 27) beliebiger Art aufnehmen kann, die so gepackt sind, daß sie vertikal gehalten werden;
(b) eine Haube (8), die eine pyrotechnische Kette enthält, die aus einem Initialzünder (15), der durch eine Einrichtung zum Nachweis eines Diebstahls oder eines Einbruchsversuchs ausgelöst wird, einer Ladung und einer Zündvorrichtung (16) besteht;
(c) einen Behälter (6), der eine flüssige, nicht brennbare und nicht explodierende chemische Substanz enthält, mit der eine unmittelbare und/ oder mittelbare Wirkung auf die beförderten Dokumente in der Weise ausgeübt werden kann, daß sie durch Aufhebung ihres Gefüges oder durch unlöschbare Markierung unbenutzbar gemacht werden; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der Ladung um eine gestreckte Hohlladung (12) mit einer Abdeckkappe (7) handelt, und daß der Behälter die Form eines Zylinders hat, der in Horizontallage längs der pyrotechnischen Kette angeordnet ist und eine Längskerbe (13) in Form eines kopfstehenden V besitzt, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie die Abdeckkappe der Hohlladung (12) aufnimmt und eine Schwächungslinie darstellt, die unter der Wirkung der Rückstoßwelle eine Düse bildet, aus welcher die Flüssigkeit ausgestoßen wird, wenn die Vorrichtung in Funktion tritt.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportbehälter eine bewegliche und verstellbare Zwischenplatte (26) und eine Feststelleinrichtung (25) aus zelligem Schaumstoff zum Halten der Dokumente in der Vertikalen besitzt, wobei die oberen Ränder der Dokumente in gleicher Höhe gehalten werden.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenabmessungen des Transportbehälters genau mit den Abmessungen der Aufnahme der pyrotechnischen Haube übereinstimmen, und daß der eine in die andere in der Weise eingefügt ist, daß die Dokumente vertikalstehend dargeboten werden können, wobei deren senkrecht zu der Hohlladung ausgerichteter Schnitt von dieser Hohlladung einen geringen, 5 mm nicht überschreitenden Abstand hat.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportbehälter sich beim Schließen des Schutzbehälters in die Aufnahme der pyrotechnischen Haube (8) einfügt, welcher Schutzbehälter während der gesamten Dauer eines Sicherheitstransports geschlossen gehalten wird.
