Claims (12)
- Anlage zur Reinigung mechanischer Teile durch Ultraschall, mit einer Wanne (1), die zur Aufnahme eines Reinigungsmittels bestimmt ist, in das ein zu reinigendes Teil (P) eintauchbar ist, wobei die Wanne (1) mit elektroakustischen Sendewandlern (2) versehen ist, die dazu geeignet sind, mechanische Ultraschall-Wellenenergie innerhalb des Reinigungsmittels zu erzeugen, wobei die genannte Anlage Generatormittel (3) für periodische elektrische Signale, die für die Versorgung der genannten Wandler bestimmt sind, und Regelmittel (4) für die Aussendefrequenz der Ultraschallwelle aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Generatormittel (3) den Wandlern elektrische Signale liefern, die durch Rechteckimpulse einstellbarer Wiederholfrequenz gebildet sind, daß die genannte Anlage außerdem einerseits Regelmittel (5) für die Stärke der Ultraschallwelle und andererseits Fokussiermittel (6) für ein erzeugbares Bündel aufweist, die die Fokussierung und/oder Ablenkung des Bündels in Richtung auf das zu reinigende Teil ermöglichen, daß die genannten Fokussiermittel (6) für das erzeugbare Bündel der Ultraschallwelle durch programmierbare Verzögerungsmittel gebildet sind, die zwischen den Ausgang der genannten Generatormittel und jeden der Sendewandler geschaltet sind, und daß jedes der Verzögerungsmittel dazu geeignet ist, Impulse, die von den Generatormitteln (3) geliefert werden, mit einer Verzögerung abzugeben, gemäß der Adresse und der Position des entsprechenden Sendewandlers.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Generatormittel an die Wandler elektrische Signale liefern, deren Zyklusverhältnisse einstellbar sind, wodurch die Steuerung der Stärke der durch die Wandler ausgesandten Ultraschallwelle ermöglicht wird.
- Anlage nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten elektroakustischen Sendewandler (Ti) an einer Wand der Wanne in vorbestimmter Anordnung vorgesehen sind, wobei die genannten Wandler bezüglich der Wand der Wanne vorspringend sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Wandler (Ti) an der Wand (10) der Wanne, deren mittlerem Teil in etwa benachbart, befestigt sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Wandler an einem unbeweglichen Teil der Wand der Wanne befestigt sind, wobei der genannte unbewegliche Teil selbst eine Wand eines dichten Gehäuses bilden kann, das die elektronischen Schalteinrichtungen für Steuerung und Versorung der Sendewandler einschließt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung der Sendewandler mittels einer einstückigen Platte gebildet ist, an der Blöcke oder mechanische Massen in einem Raster verteilt angeordnet sind, wobei der aktive Teil jedes Wandlers jeweils einem Block gegenüberliegend auf der entgegengesetzten Seite der Platte angebracht ist.
- Anlage nach einem der vorausgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Regelmittel für die Stärke und die Aussendefrequenz der Ultraschallwelle aufweisen:- einen Empfängerwandler (7), der in der Wanne angeordnet und vorzugsweise in der Nachbarschaft des für das zu reinigende Teil (P) bestimmten Ortes gelegen ist, wobei der genannte Wandler (7) ein elektrisches Signal liefert, das für die Frequenz und die Stärke der Aussendung der Ultraschallwelle der Sendewandler kennzeichnend ist,- eine erste Detektorschaltung (4), die dazu geeignet ist, ein Signal proportional der Frequenz des vom Empfängerwandler gelieferten elektrischen Signals zu erzeugen,- eine zweite Detektorschaltung (5), die dazu geeignet ist, ein Signal zu erzeugen, das proportional dem Pegel des durch den Empfängerwandler gelieferten elektrischen Signals und für die Stärke der Ultraschallwelle kennzeichnend ist, die durch die Wandler ausgesandt wird.
- Anlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Generatormittel (3) durch einen Impulsgenerator gebildet sind, dessen Wiederholfrequenz und Zyklusverhältnisse einstellbar sind.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verzögerungsmittel eine Mehrzahl von Schaltungen vom D-Typ in Kaskadenschaltung besitzen, wobei jede Schaltung ein synchronisierendes Taktsignal (H) erhält und der Ausgang (Q) bei jeder eine niedrigere Ordnung als R aufweisenden Schaltung mit dem Eingang der nächstfolgenden Schaltung verbunden ist, wobei der Eingang der ersten Schaltung das Signal in Rechteckimpulsen erhält, das vom Impulsgenerator geliefert wird, und der Ausgang jeder der Schaltungen mit der Leistungsstufe der Sendewandler mittels einer Wählschaltung für programmierbare Kanäle verbunden ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Wählschaltungen für programmierbare Kanäle mittels eines Mikrocomputers gesteuert sind, wobei der genannte Mikrocomputer mit den Kanalwählern verbunden ist, die Phasenschieber bilden, die mittels einer Steuerlogik programmierbar sind.
- Verfahren zum Reinigen von mechanischen Teilen durch Ultraschall, bestehend aus dem in Stellung bringen des genannten Teils (P) in einer Wanne (1), die ein Reinigungsmittel enthält und elektroakustische Sendewandler (2) aufweist, die zur Erzeugung mechanischer Ultraschallwellenenergie innerhalb des Reinigungsmittels in der Weise geeignet sind, daß in der Nachbarschaft des Teiles Turbulenzzonen und eine Kavitationserscheinung erzeugt wird, die eine Reinigung desselben hervorruft, wobei eine Filterung der in dem Reinigungsmittel in Suspension gehenden Partikel auf dem Niveau der Turbulenzzonen sichergestellt ist und die genannten Wandler durch Generatormittel (3) für periodische elektrische Signale versorgt werden, deren Sendefrequenz durch Regelmittel (4) geregelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Generatormittel (3) an die Wandler (2) elektrische Signale liefern, die durch Rechteckimpulse einstellbarer Wiederholfrequenz gebildet sind, und die Stärke der Ultraschallwelle durch Regelmittel (5) geregelt wird, was bezweckt, daß das resultierende Bündel der Ultraschallwelle, das von den genannten Wandlern ausgesandt wird, fokussiert und/oder auf das genannte Teil (P) abgelenkt wird, mit Hilfe von Fokussiermitteln (6), die durch programmierbare Verzögerungsmittel gebildet sind, die zwischen den Ausgang der genannten Generatormittel (3) und jeden der Sendewandler (2) geschaltet sind, wobei jedes der Verzögerungsmittel dazu vorgesehen ist, den durch die Generatormittel (3) gelieferten Impuls mit einer entsprechend der Adresse und der Lageanordnung des entsprechenden Sendewandlers bestimmten Verzögerung zuzuführen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es vom Mikrocomputer sequentiell durchgeführt wird, wobei die genannten Sequenzen in Abhängigkeit von der Topologie des zu reinigenden Teiles (P) eingerichtet werden.
