Abstract

Ein flammfester Bezugsstoff für Polstermöbel, insbesondere für Fahrzeugsitze, besteht aus einem Grundgewebe aus einem in Leinwandbindung gewebten Mischfaden aus einem flamm­ festen Aramid und Viskose, im Handel als Karvin bezeichnet. Das Grundgewebe umfaßt eine Grundkette sowie eine verhält­ nismäßig lose eingewebte Deckkette. Zur Bildung des Flor ist reine Schurwolle in Kettrichtung als Polfaden unter Schlingenbildung von wenigstens 1 mm Höhe eingewebt. Alter­ nativ kann das Grundgewebe aus einem Mischfaden aus einem flammfesten Aramid und Viskose bestehen und eine lose ge­ webte Grundkette sowie eine straff eingewebte Deckkette umfassen. In diesem Falle ist zur Bildung des Flor 100%-­ Mohair in Kettrichtung als Polfaden mit einer Noppenhöhe von wenigstens 3 mm eingewebt.
