Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ampulle aus Glas oder einem anderen leicht zerbrechlichen Material mit einer Sollbruchstelle in Form einer umlaufenden Einschnürung, deren stärkster Einschnürbereich durch Anordnung einer Einritzung geschwächt ausgebildet ist, wobei der Einritzung eine oberhalb der Einschnürung angeordnete optisch sichtbare Markierung in Form eines farbigen Punktes zugeordnet ist.
  • Zur Erleichterung des Abbrechens bzw. Zerbrechens sind bereits Ampullen der aufgezeigten Gattung bekannt, z. B. aus der GB-A 1 188 555. Eine andere optische Kennzeichnung zum Auffinden der Einritzung ist aus der US-A 2 896 807 bekannt. Auf der der Einritzung gegenüberliegenden Seite ist eine farbige Markierung vorgesehen. Als Vorstufe des Abbrechens müssen diese Ampullen orientiert gedreht werden. Außerdem ergeben sich keine zufriedenstellenden Bruchbilder.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Ampulle der aufgezeigten Gattung so auszubilden, daß ein schnelles und problemloses Abbrechen bei Erzielung eines zufriedenstellenden Bruchbildes möglich ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß am Umfang der Außenwandung mehrere verteilt angeordnete punktartige Einritzungen in Form eines geraden Kreiskegels angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Einritzung eine optisch sichtbare Markierung zugeordnet ist. Zweckmäßigerweise sind auf dem Umfang der Ampulle drei oder mehr Einritzungen gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet.
  • Durch die Anordnung der Einritzungen mit der jeweils zugeordneten optisch sichtbaren Markierung ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, daß die Ampulle ohne zusätzliche Maßnahmen äußerst leicht gleichmäßig abbrechbar ist, wobei die Splitterwirkung auf ein Minimum begrenzt ist. Die Markierung läßt erkennen, wo die Einritzungen angeordnet sind, wodurch sich die Richtung des Abbrechens ableiten läßt. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil bei Anordnung von drei oder mehr Einritzungen mit den jeweils zugeordneten Markierungspunkten besteht darin, daß sich immer ein Markierungspunkt im Sichtfeld befindet, so daß ohne orientiertes Drehen der Ampulle ein Abbrechen möglich ist.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 die Seitenansicht einer Ampulle, teilweise geschnitten;
    • Fig. 2 eine vergrößerte Darstellung des Punktes Z. nach Fig. 1 und
    • Fig. 3 den Schnitt A-B nach Fig. 2.
  • In dem Wendepunkt der Wandung 4 der Einschnürung 1 sind mehrere Einritzungen 2 angeordnet, wobei jeder Einritzung 2 ein farbiger Markierungspunkt 3 zugeordnet ist, der sich oberhalb der Einschnürung 1 und damit oberhalb der Einritzung 2 befindet.

Claims (3)

1. Ampulle aus Glas oder einem anderen leicht zerbrechlichen Material mit einer Sollbruchstelle in Form einer umlaufenden Einschnürung, deren stärkster Einschnürbereich durch Anordnung einer Einritzung geschwächt ausgebildet ist, wobei der Einritzung eine oberhalb der Einschnürung angeordnete optisch sichtbare Markierung in Form eines farbigen Punktes zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Umfang der Außenwandung (4) mehrere verteilt angeordnete punktartige Einritzungen (2) in Form eines geraden Kreiskegels angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Einritzung (2) eine optisch sichtbare Markierung (3) zugeordnet ist.
2. Ampulle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einritzungen (2) auf den Umfang der Ampulle gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind.
3. Ampulle nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei oder mehr Einritzungen (2) angeordnet sind.
