Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for anchoring panels with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the support resting on the horizontal support part of the angular holder, on which the facing plates to be spaced from a building wall are held is releasably attached.
  • the horizontal support part and the overlying carrier have mutually facing toothings which are in engagement with one another.
  • the carrier can be adjusted in the horizontal plane in the direction perpendicular to the building wall in steps according to the smallest tooth pitch.
  • the carrier can also be moved in the horizontal plane perpendicular to the aforementioned adjustment direction within the toothing engagement parallel to the building wall, so that the facing plates can be aligned to a certain extent in two mutually perpendicular directions.
  • the object of the invention is to develop a device for anchoring plates with the features of the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that an additional adjustment option in the area of the locking teeth between the supporting part and carrier for an accurate alignment of the plates to be assembled with respect to each other and in relation to the Building wall is achieved.
  • the anchoring device 1, 1 ' can be attached via an anchoring element 2 to a vertical anchoring base (not shown here), such as a building wall or the like, and for this purpose has an angular holder 3, 3' with a carrier 4, which is preferably designed as a so-called trapezoidal plate .
  • Vertical facing plates 5 are fixed to the support 4 and are spaced approximately parallel to the supporting wall (FIG. 1).
  • the anchoring device 1, 1 ' must absorb the weather-related loads caused by suction or pressure and other traffic loads or the like.
  • the facing plates 5 can be fixed by means of bolt-shaped receptacles 6, which are provided in the front corner regions of the trapezoidal plate 4 and engage in the facing plates 5.
  • a joint 7 can exist between two adjacent facing plates 5.
  • the one bolt-shaped receptacle 6 is also arranged in an elongated hole 8.
  • the angular holder 3, 3 ' has a vertical holding part 9, 9' and a horizontally striving support part 10, 10 '.
  • the back 11 of the holding part 9, 9 ' faces the supporting wall on which the anchoring device 1, 1' is fixed.
  • the vertical holding part 9 has two parallel, vertical holding struts 12a, 12b, perpendicular to the surface of the anchoring base, between which the anchoring element 2, which can preferably be designed as a screw connection, engages.
  • a U-shaped bracket 13 formed from flat iron is advantageously provided, which overlaps the two holding struts 12a, 12b and has an elongated hole 14 through which the screw bolt 15 projects and which enables tolerance compensation in the horizontal direction.
  • the horizontal support part 10 of the angular holder 3 also consists of two mutually parallel support struts 16a, 16b.
  • the vertical support struts 12a, 12b and the horizontal support struts 16a, 16b each lie in the same vertical parallel planes and consist of essentially flat, flat punched strips.
  • the holding struts 12a, 12b and / or the horizontal support struts 16a, 16b can be connected to a stable, rigid device by suitable stiffening parts 17.
  • the holding struts 12a, 12b are bent toward one another at the top and are preferably connected to one another by a welding point 18, which can be designed as a spot weld.
  • a wedge plate 19 is provided which has an edge 20 which is bent towards the holder 3 and which engages in corresponding recesses 21 on the rear side of the holding struts 12a, 12b.
  • the lower edge 22 of the wedge plate 19 extends obliquely and lies on the screw bolt 15. The height adjustment of the anchoring device 1 is achieved by moving the wedge plate 19 horizontally.
  • the trapezoidal plate 4 resting on the horizontal support part 10 is with a screw 23 and a bracket part, not shown here, which engages under the supporting part 10, is releasably attached to the latter.
  • a toothed part 24 is formed (FIG. 3), which is formed at mutually parallel teeth 25.
  • the pitch of the teeth 25, that is, their distance from one another, is relatively small.
  • the toothing part 24 can advantageously be pressed or rolled into the lower side of the trapezoidal plate 4. It is of course also possible to form a coarser toothed part with a larger pitch instead of the fine toothed part 24. As the FIG.
  • the toothed part 24 is designed as an arcuate part 26, that is to say that all teeth 25 of the toothed part 24 extend in an arcuate manner, in such a way that the radius is always the same size for all circularly arcuate teeth 25, so that the teeth 25 are exact lie parallel to each other.
  • the circular arc part 26 of the teeth 25 is designed such that the curvature of the circular arc part 26 points towards the free end 27 of the supporting part 10.
  • the length of the circular arc part 26 in the vicinity of the free end 27 is somewhat greater than on the side 29 facing the corner corner region 28, so that the toothed part 24 at the end remote from the corner corner region 28 is somewhat wider than at the side 29 of the carrier 4.
  • an elongated hole 30 is formed, in which the screw 23 passes through the trapezoidal plate 4.
  • the elongated hole 30 is not straight, but instead has a curvature whose course corresponds to that of the circular arc part 26.
  • FIG. 1, 2 and 4 it can be seen that a toothing 31 is formed on the upper narrow side of the two support struts 16a, 16b of the support part 10.
  • the two serrations 31 run straight and parallel to one another in accordance with the orientation of the support struts 16a, 16b.
  • the width of the serrations 31 is extremely narrow and corresponds approximately to the width of the support struts 16a, 16b.
  • FIG. 4 clearly shows that the toothing 31 is substantially coarser and thus has a larger pitch between the teeth 25 than is the case with the toothing part 24 of the trapezoidal plate 4.
  • the toothing 31 can simply be produced on the narrow side of the support strut 16a, 16b by punching, without damage, tooth breakout or premature wear of the punching tool occurring, as would be feared when punching fine teeth.
  • a significantly coarser toothing 31 is formed in the support part 10 with a much larger tooth pitch than is the case with the toothing part 24 in the carrier 4, the advantage of a fine-step locking toothing corresponding to the fine toothing of the toothing part 24 is nevertheless given in full. As shown in FIG.
  • the pitch of the toothing 31 is twice as large as that in the toothing part 24, so that the main advantage with regard to the production of the toothing 31 is that the toothing 31 can also be punched out of relatively thick sheet metal or flat iron.
  • a locking toothing, a fine toothing part 24 corresponding to a coarse toothing 31 can not only be used advantageously in a toothed part 24 designed according to the invention in the form of a circular arc, but can also be expedient in those applications in which only straight toothed parts 24 and straight toothings 31 are used with one another are engaged.
  • the trapezoidal plate-shaped carrier 4 is formed exactly as in the embodiment of FIG. 1 to 4 and thus has on its underside the tooth part 24 not visible here, which according to FIG. 3 is designed in a circular arc.
  • the angular holder 3 ' is designed to be significantly simpler and has only two flat iron legs bent at an angle of 90 ° to one another, the vertical leg being the holding part 9' to be fastened to the anchoring base and the horizontal leg being the supporting part 10 'on which the trapezoidal plate-shaped support 4 rests.
  • an elongated hole 32 is formed which extends in the vertical direction and through which the screw bolt 15, not shown here, projects for fastening to the anchoring base.
  • the holder 3 ' is infinitely adjustable in height.
  • a further elongated hole 33 is formed in the horizontal support part 10 ′ and extends in the area between the corner corner area 28 and the free end 27.
  • the carrier 4 and the supporting part 10 ' can be connected by the screw 23, not shown here, which penetrates the elongated hole 30 in the trapezoidal plate 4 and the elongated hole 33 in the supporting part 10.
  • the toothing 31 ′ is formed approximately over the entire surface, the teeth 25 extending as a circular arc part 26.
  • the curvature of the circular arc part 26 points in the direction of the free end 27.
  • the toothing 31 'of the present exemplary embodiment is designed as fine toothing and essentially corresponds to the toothed part 24 of the trapezoidal plate 4.
  • the circular arc parts 26 are also largely the same.
  • the toothing 31 ' can advantageously be pressed or rolled into the surface of the supporting part 10'.
  • a major advantage of the circular arc-shaped toothing according to the invention is that the carrier or the trapezoidal plate 4 on which the Facing plates 5 are held, can not only be adjusted vertically and parallel to the building wall (anchoring base) in the horizontal plane, but also can be additionally pivoted according to the radius or arc shape of the toothed part 24 and / or the toothing 31 ', so that a further stepless adjustment for an exact alignment of the facing plates 5 is given.
  • the building wall is often not flat or even, so that the angular holder 3, 3 'lies obliquely or obliquely on the outside of the wall.
  • the holder 3 of the anchoring device 1 can be adjusted in height horizontally by means of the wedge plate 19 and by means of the screw bolt 15 and the elongated hole 14 in the bracket 13.
  • the holder 2' can be adjusted vertically continuously in the region of the elongated hole 32.
  • the carrier 4 With a loosened screw 23, the carrier 4 can be adjusted in the horizontal plane on the one hand in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal support part 10, 10 ', so that the distance between the building wall and the facing plates 5 can be finely adjusted according to the smallest tooth pitch.
  • the anchoring device 1, 1 provides an optimally variable anchoring system, which includes versatile adjustment options for the exact plane-parallel alignment of the facing plates 5.
