Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour la fixation de panneaux, en particulier de panneaux de parement, sur un matériau de réception tel qu'un mur de bâtiment ou analogue, comprenant un support coudé (3) présentant un élément de retenue (8) pouvant être fixé sur le matériau de réception et un élément de support (13) s'écartant horizontalement sur lequel un boulon (4) comportant un élément de réception (7) pour les panneaux à fixer et muni d'une denture (23) est monté de manière réglable dans un enveloppement en forme de douille s'étendant dans le sens axial, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppement est constitué par deux plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) séparées l'une de l'autre et situées sur des côtés opposés du boulon (4) qui sont reliées à l'élément de retenue vertical (8) de manière à assurer la transmission de force, et que les plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) peuvent être bloquées sur la face supérieure du boulon et sur la face inférieure du boulon (4) par des éléments de serrage (25, 32), au moins l'un des éléments de serrage (25 et respectivement 32) étant réglable.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) présente une moulure longitudinale (21) de forme prismatique qui s'étend au moins sur une partie de la longueur horizontale des plaques de serrage et dans laquelle le boulon (4) est enveloppé linéairement sur deux arêtes longitudinales (22) parallèles.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le boulon (4) est bloqué entre quatre arêtes longitudinales (22) linéaires constituées respectivement par deux moulures longitudinales prismatiques (21) de chaque plaque de serrage (14a, 14b).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que sur au moins l'une des arêtes longitudinales (22) de la moulure longitudinale prismatique (21) est conformée une denture d'arrêt (24) qui coopère avec la denture (23) du boulon (4) réalisée de préférence sous forme de filetage.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la denture d'arrêt (24) sur l'arête longitudinale (22) de la moulure longitudinale prismatique (21) et la denture (23) du boulon (4) sont différentes.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le pas de dents de la denture d'arrêt (24) sur l'arête longitudinale (22) de la moulure longitudinale (21) est plus petit que le pas de la denture (23) du boulon (4).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la moulure longitudinale (21) est conformée entre deux éléments de barrette (26) de la plaque de serrage (14a, 14b) et qu'elle s'étend de préférence sur toute la longueur de ladite plaque de serrage.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de serrage amovible est conformé en vis de serrage (25) appliquant les deux plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) contre le boulon (4) et traversant les éléments de barrette (26) opposés des deux plaques de serrage (14a, 14b).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé ce que la vis de serrage (25) est appliquée avec une tête (27) contre la face extérieure (28) de l'élément de barrette (26) de l'une des plaques de serrage (14b) et fixée avec une extrémité filetée (30) dans un taraudage (31) de l'élément de barrette (26) opposé de l'autre plaque de serrage (14a).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les deux plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) de l'élément de support (13) sont bloquées contre le boulon (4) par l'intermédiaire d'un total de trois éléments de serrage (25) disposés en triangle, sur les éléments de barrette (26) des plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) deux éléments de serrage (25) étant prévus sur l'un des côtés (inférieur) du boulon (4) et le troisième élément de serrage (25) sur l'autre côté (supérieur) du boulon.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des éléments de serrage reliant les deux plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) sur l'un des côtés du boulon (4) est une barrette de raccordement non réglable, de préférence un boulon rivé (32).
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les deux plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) pouvant être bloquées contre le boulon (4) sont réalisées d'un seul tenant et dans le même matériau, de préférence sous la forme d'une pièce découpée, présentant chacune une barrette de retenue (9a, 9b) qui s'écarte orthogonalement du matériau de réception et constitue également l'élément de support vertical (8) du support coudé (3).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'entre les deux barrettes de retenue (9a, 9b) est prévu un élément de fixation (2) réalisé de préférence sous la forme d'une boulon de fixation (11) qui traverse un trou oblong horizontal dans un étrier (10) qui recouvre les barrettes de retenue (9a, 9b).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que les plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) parallèles associées l'une à l'autre et leurs barrettes de retenue verticales respectives (9a, 9b) se situent dans les mêmes plans verticaux parallèles.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que deux vis de serrage (25) sont prévues dans les éléments de barrette inférieurs (26) des plaques de serrage (14a, 14b) et qu'une troisième vis de serrage (25) est prévue de l'autre côté du boulon (4) dans les éléments de barrette supérieurs (26) des plaques de serrage (14a, 14b).
