Claims (3)

  1. Paire de cylindres pour laminage avec faibles tolérances d'un produit laminé profilé en forme de barre, qui comprend des cylindres comportant nu moins une cannelure (4) et des secteurs d'enveloppe qui prennent appui les uns sur les autres et sont poussés les uns contre les autres par une force de précontrainte (FV) nettement supérieure à la force de laminage (FW) et dans laquelle il est possible, en modifiant la force de précontrainte (FV), de produire des déformations des secteurs des enveloppes des cylindres qui prennent appui les uns sur les autres et, de ce fait, de modifier la forme de la cannelure qu'ils délimitent entre eux, caractérisée en ce que les secteurs d'enveloppe qui prennent appui les uns sur les autres peuvent,en raison de la présence d'évidements 7, se déformer élastiquement sous l'action de la force de précontrainte (FV) et, de ce fait, par les rainures (8) placées des deux côtés de la cannelure (4) sont désaccouplés de la partie rigide.
  2. Paire de cylindres selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la cannelure (4) et les rainures (8) délimitent des surfaces annulaires (9), en ce que les secteurs d'enveloppe constituées par des surfaces d'appui cylindriques (6) sont situées de part et d'autre de la cannelure (4) à l'extérieur des surfaces annulaires (9) et en ce que le diamètre des surfaces d'appui (6) est légèrement supérieur à celui des surfaces annulaires.
  3. Paire de cylindres selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les rainures (8) ont un profil sensiblement semi-circulaire.
