Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif d'ouverture (6, 7) pour un battant de fenêtre ou pour un vantail (3) de porte ou encore pour un panneau d'un autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre pouvant être placé au moins en position de parallélisme par rapport à sa position de fermeture et pouvant, dans cette position de parallélisme, être déplacé horizontalement, dispositif d'ouverture qui comporte des bras portants inférieurs (10) et des bras à déploiement supérieurs, dans le cas duquel au moins le bras portant inférieur ou les bras portants inférieurs (10) sont montés chacun avec possibilité de rotation (en 14 et en 11), d'une part, sur la traverse inférieure (3a) du battant de la fenêtre ou du vantail de la porte ou encore du panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, dans un support de montage et d'appui (15), et, d'autre part, sur un chariot (12), le dispositif d'ouverture étant muni d'un dispositif de blocage défaisable (21) pour au moins l'un des bras portants inférieurs (10) se trouvant dan la position qui correspondont à la position de parallélisme précitée (figure 8), dispositif de blocage (21) qui, sous l'effet du mouvement de fin de fermeture par coulissement du battant de la fenêtre ou du vantail (3) de la porte ou encore du panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, par rapport au bras portant (10), peut être amené à entrer en engagement de blocage et à quitter cet engagement de blocage (en 26, 27, 30, 31), le dispositif d'ouverture étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte deux chariots (12) se prêsentant comme l'image ènantiomorphe l'un de l'autre avec leur bras portant (10) et avec le support de montage et d'appui (15) correspondant prévu côté battant de la fenêtre ou côté vantail de la porte ou encore côté panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit, chariots (12) qui peuvent être reliés l'un à l'autre, avec possibilité de déplacement forcé en sens opposés, par un mécanisme d'accouplement différentiel (16) qui est constitué par un système à bielles de guidage trapézoïdal guidé, d'une part, sur les chariots (12) avec possibilité de déplacement en paralléle par rapport au sens de mouvement de ces chariots, et attaquant, d'autre part, les bras portants (10).
  2. Dispositif d'ouverture suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacun des chariots (12) porte un élément de poussée (20) qu'attaque, au niveau d'une articulation (19), une bielle (17) qui est reliée par une articulation (18) au bras portant (10), le trajet de poussée de l'élément de poussée (20) et de la bielle (17) par rapport au chariot (12) correspondant à la hauteur (35) de l'arc de pivotement de l'extrémité (14) - attaquant le battant ou le vantail (3) ou encore le panneau - du bras portant (10), sur son axe (11) de montage et d'appui sur le chariot (12).
  3. Dispositif d'ouverture suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de poussée (20) des deux chariots (12) peuvent être accouplés l'un à l'autre par un élément intermédiaire (20a) pouvant être mis à longueur.
  4. Dispositif d'ouverture suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'entre chacun des chariots (12) et le bras portant (10) monté sur ce chariot est monté un dispositif de blocage (21) du bras portant (10) dans la position qu'il a prise par déploiement (figure 8) et en ce que chacun des dispositifs de blocage (21) lui-même peut être bloqué (en 33) par rapport au chariot (12) dans sa position d'inaction.
  5. Dispositif d'ouverture suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de blocage (21) qui est adjoint au chariot (12) avançant dans le sens de la fermeture par coulissement du battant de la fenêtre ou du vantail de la porte ou encore du panneau de l'autre élément de fermeture de baie du même genre dont il s'agit peut être commandé de façon forcée (30, 31; figures 10 et 11) par un élément d'actionnement (31, 32) monté fixe côté dormant de la fenêtre ou côté bâti de la porte ou encore côté dormant du panneau, par rapport au bras portant (10), pour passer de sa position d'inaction (figure 11) à sa position de blocage (figure 10) et inversement, le dispositif de blocage pouvant être amené à passer de sa position d'inaction (figure 11) à sa position de blocage (figure 10) sous l'effet du début du mouvement de déplacement du chariot (12) dans le sens du coulissement d'ouverture et pouvant être amené à passer de sa position de blocage (figure 10) à sa position d'inaction (figure 11) sous l'effet de l'achèvement du mouvement de déplacement du chariot (12) dans le sens du coulissement de fermeture.
  6. Dispositif d'ouverture suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de blocage (21) est formé d'un élément d'encliquetage à deux bras (23) monté de façon à pouvoir pivoter dans un plan vertical sur le chariot (12), élément d'encliquetage (23) dont l'un (24) des bras de levier coopère en tant qu'organe de blocage (26) avec l'extrémité (27, 28) du bras portant (10) se trouvant côté chariot, tandis que son autre bras de levier (25) est adjoint en tant qu'organe de commande (30) à l'organe d'actionnement (31, 32) se trouvant côté dormant de la fenêtre ou côté bâti de la porte ou encore côté dormant de l'autre élément de fermeture du même genre dont il s'agit.
