Claims (10)

1. Schuhe mit Befestigungseinrichtungen zur wiederholten Montage und Demontage von auswechselbaren flachen Absätzen, hohen Absätzen und Laufkappen, gekennzeichnet durch harmonisch zusammenwirkende Einrichtungen zum Zusammenbauen von verschiedenen Arten von Absätzen und Sohlen, mit:
a) - Absatzhaltern (2), (14,17), (14, 31), (14, 57, 57′, 57˝), die mit einer Sohle (4), (15), (54, 55, 58) fest verbunden sind;
b) - selbstaustauschbaren hohlen Absätzen (3, 13), (18, 33), die eine auswechselbare Hülle zur wiederholten Montage und Demontage bilden;
c) - einer federnden Einrichtung zum Arretieren des Absatzes auf seinem Halter, wobei die Arretierung zentriert und konzentriert in einer einzigen Verankerung erfolgt, mit einer schlanken Einrichtung (10), (17), (31), (43), (48), (57) der wenigstens eine zentrierte und konzentrierte elastische Einrichtung (7), (23), (29), (51), (59), (63) zugeordnet ist, wobei zentrierte und konzentrierte Einrichtungen (51), (63) schlank und in sich elastisch sind;

2. Schuhe nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch harmonisch zusammenwirkende Einrichtungen für das Zusammenbauen von unterschiedlichen Arten von Absätzen und Sohlen, wobei diese Einrichtungen umfassen: - eine im Inneren der umhüllenden Form eines Absatzes (18, 33) konzentrierte und zentrierte Vorrichtung; - einen Absatzhalter (14, 17), (14, 31), (14, 57, 57′, 57˝), der einen schlanken Teil aufweist, welcher einen Zapfen (17), (31), (57, 57′, 57˝) bildet, dessen Längsseiten im wesentlichen parallel sind, um eine gute Halterung des Absatzes auf seinem Halter zu gestatten; - wenigstens eine ringförmige elastische Einrichtung (23), (51), (59), die mit dem schlanken Teil zentriert und konzentriert ist; - eine Einrichtung zum Verhindern der Drehung des Absatzes (18, 33) auf seinem Halter, wobei diese Einrichtung aus dem gegenseitigen Eingriff des Absatzes und des Halters (24, 25) besteht.
3. Schuhe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Absatzhalter, der ein Absatzstück (56) aufweist oder nicht, in eine äußere Sohle (54) eingefügt ist, um jede Befestigungseinrichtung wie Nageln, Schrauben, Nieten des Halters auf der Sohle auszuschließen.

Schuhe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schlanke und in sich elastische Einrichtung (51) einen Vorsprung (52) aufweist, der in einem unteren Hohlraum (36) eines Absatzes (18, 33) einfaßt, damit der Absatz an seinem Halter befestigt bleibt, selbst wenn die Laufkappe (50) total abgelaufen ist.

Schuhe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (49), (52) einer Laufkappe einen starren Stift (48) oder einen elastischen wie (51), (63) umschließt zur elastischen, zentrierten und konzentrierter. Befestigung eines Absatzes auf seinem Halter und derart, daß der Absatz an seinem Halter befestigt bleibt, selbst wenn die Laufkappe total abgelaufen ist.
6. Schuhe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Absatzhalter einen oberen Teil mit einer Konkavität (32) für eine gut verteilte Auflage auf der inneren und äußeren Sohle (15), (20) und/oder auf dem Umschlag (19) des Oberschuhs aufweist.
7. Schuhe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine äußere Sohle eine Dickendifferenz (55) aufweist, damit der vordere Rand eines selbstaustauschbaren Absatzes (18, 33) etwas eingelassen werden kann.
8. Schuhe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Absatz, der nicht durch Schrauben befestigt ist, eine Kerbe (28) aufweisen kann, um seine Demontage durch Zug zu erleichtern.
9. schuhe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein flacher Absatz (3) ein starres Gerüst (13) aufweist, eine zentrale Schraube (10), eine komplementäre elastische Einrichtung (7) mit der Elastizität des Materials des Absatzes, um die elastische Selbstarretierung des Absatzes bei dessen Verschrauben und durch Positionier- und Stabilisiereinrichtungen wie Konkavitäten (5) und Vorsprünge (12) in Kombination mit einer Schulter (4) der Sohle zu erleichtern.
10. Schuhe nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zentrierten und konzentrierten Einrichtungen einen Absatz mit einem Hohlraum für das Einführen eines Absatzhalters umfassen, der mit dem Absatz durch eine Schraubbefestigung (43) vereinigt wird, die mittels einer elastischen Einrichtung wie (29), (7) federnd arretiert wird, welche Schwingungen dämpft, die während des Gehens auf die Befestigung übertragen werden.
