Abstract

Zum Aufbringen von Spritzbeton auf Wandungen und bruchgefährdete Flächen werden Zuschläge sortierter Körnung, Zement, Bindemittel, Wasser und eventuell weitere den Beton verbessernde Zusatzstoffe und Zusatzmittel auf die zu sichernden Wandungen oder Flächen aufgeschleudert. Um einerseits ein unerträgliches Stauben beim Mischen der Betonkomponenten zu vermeiden und andererseits zu den benötigten Zeiten einen Beton guter Qualität und guter Halffähigkeit bereitstellen zu können, wird am Einsatzort unmittelbar vor dem Spritzen chargenweise Zementleim aus Zement und Wasser sowie eventuell aus weiteren den Zementleim verbessernden Stoffen hergestellt. Die Zuschläge werden getrennt bereitsgehalten. Der Zementleim wird zu einer Spritzdüse gefördet und aus dieser unter hohem Druck ejiziert unter Vermischung mit den getrennt durch Druckluft zugeführten Zuschlägen in der oder im Bereich der Spritzdüse.
