Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Zerkleinerung und Verdichtung irgendeines Mineralrohstoffes, wie z.B. von Zementklinker und derjenigen Gattung, die darin besteht, diesen Werkstoff vorzubehandeln bevor man ihn durch Zermalmen in einer Walzenpresse zerdrückt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Gemisch des besagten Mineralrohstoffes (5) zusammen mit einem zurückgeführten brikettierten oder verdichteten Gut (6) und mit einem zurückgeführten graupigen oder pulverigen Gut (7) in die besagte Presse (1) mit Walzen (2) einfahren lässt, man das aus der Walzenpresse herauskommende Gut in ein brikettiertes bzw. verdichtetes Gut (14), in ein graupiges bzw. pulveriges Gut (11) und in ein feines Gut (10), das abgeführt wird, zerteilt und dass man wenigstens einen Teil des brikettierten oder verdichteten Gutes (14, 16, 6) und wenigstens einen Teil des graupigen oder pulverigen Gutes (11) zur besagten Walzenpresse zurückführt, um ein zu der besagten Walzenpresse gesandtes vorbehandeltes Gemisch zu bilden und man die Schüttwichte der die Presse speisenden Erzeugnisse kontrolliert, indem man den Anteil des zurückgeführten brikettierten Gutes (6) und den Anteil des zurückgeführten graupigen Gutes (7) moduliert, damit die besagte Schüttwichte der die Walzenpresse speisenden Erzeugnisse bei einem zwischen 0,68 Dp und 0,85 Dp gehalten wird, wobei Dp die Dichte des aus der Presse herauskommenden brikettierten bzw. verdichteten Gutes ist, um eine stabile Arbeitsweise der Letzteren zu gewährleisten, also den für das Zerquetschen erforderlichen augenblicklichen Energieverbrauch zu stabilisieren.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Zerkleinerung des Zementes die Schüttwichte am Speisungseingang der Presse zwischen 1,7 und 2,05 eingestellt wird.
  3. Zerkleinerungs- und Verdichtungsanlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2 und derjenigen Gattung, mit einer das Zerdrücken und das Teilbrikettieren irgendeines Mineralstoffes gestattenden Presse (1) mit Walzen (2), Mitteln, um den besagten Mineralstoff in die besagte Presse einzuführen und stromabwärts dieser Presse, einem einem ersten Verteilersystem (13) zugeordneten und die Zurückführung eines Teiles (14) des zermalmten und teilweise stückiggemachten Gutes zum Speiseeingang (3) hin der Presse (1) gestattenden Fördermittel (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein zweites durch den anderen Teil (15) des aus den ersten Verteilersystem (13) herauskommenden Gutes gespeistes Verteilersystem (17) umfasst, wobei das besagte zweite Verteilersystem (17) einen ersten Austritt (18) und einen zweiten Austritt (19) hat, wobei der erste Austritt (18) mit dem besagten Fördermittel (16) in Verbindung steht, um somit die Menge und die Dichte des zu dem Speiseeingang (3) der Walzenpresse zurückgeführten zermalmten und teilweise brickettierten Gutes einzustellen und der zweite Austritt (19) mit einem Abscheider (8) in Verbindung steht, um Feingut (10) von einem durch eine Leitung (7) zum Speiseeingang (3) der Walzenpresse gehenden graupigen oder pulverigen Gut (11) zu trennen und dass sie ausserdem ein am Eingang (3) der besagten Presse liegendes Gerät (4) zur Messung der Dichte des die Presse (1) speisenden Gutes aufweist.
  4. Anlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das eine der beiden vorgenannten Verteilersysteme (13, 17) ein Sichter oder ein Sieb ist.
  5. Anlage gemäss Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem mit einem dritten Verteiler (21) für das graupige oder pulverige Gut ausgerüstet ist, von dem ein erster Austritt durch die Leitung (7) an den Eingang (3) der Walzenpresse (1) angeschlossen ist und ein zweiter Austritt (22) an den zweiten Austritt (19) des vorgenannten zweiten Verteilersystems (17) angeschlossen ist.
  6. Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ausserdem Mittel aufweist, die es dem Gerät (4) zur Messung des die Presse speisenden Gutes gestattet, automatisch auf das erste Verteilersystem (13) und das dritte Verteilersystem (21) einzuwirken, um die Kontrolle der Dichte der die besagte Presse speisenden Erzeugnisse zu gestatten.
