Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Behandlung von Störungen der Duchblutung, des Stoffwechsels und der Funktion sowie von Ödemen bei einem Körperglied, durch Variieren des Drucks eines das Körperglied (1) umgebenden Fluidums erhöhter Dichte, mit mindestens einem verformbaren, fluidumdichten Schutzbehältnis (3), in das das Körperglied zur Behandlung einführbar ist, mit mindestens einem fluidumdichten, das schutzbehältnis unter Ausbildung eines Zwischenraums (zusammen mit dem schutzbehältnis) umgebenden Auffüllbehältnis (4), wobei die Behältnisse vertikal oder geneigt angeordnet sind, mit einem auf diese Weise von den beiden Behältnissen begrenzten, geschlossenen Auffüllraum (5) in dem Zwischenraum, mit mit dem Auffüllraum verbundenden Mitteln (6, 7), zum Ansteigenlassen des Fluidum in dem Auffüllraum (5) von einem niedrigen Füllstand (Ho) auf einen hohen Füllstand (H₁) sowie zum anschließenden Abfallenlassen des Fluidum von dem hohen Füllstand (H₁) auf den niedrigen Füllstand (Ho), mit Meßeinrichtungen (11, 12) zur Bestimmung des Füllstands des Fluidums in dem Auffüllraum, mit mit den Mitteln für das Ansteigen- und Abfallenlassen des Fluidums in dem Auffüllraum verbundenen Halteeinrichtungen (14A), zum Halten des Fluidums in dem Auffüllraum auf hohem Füllstand (H₁) und/oder auf tiefem Füllstand (Ho) und/oder auf Zwischenfüllständen zwischen dem hohen und dem tiefen oder dem tiefen und dem hohen Füllstand für jeweils vorgegebene Zeiten, und mit Regeleinrichtungen (14B) für die Füllstände des Fluidums in dem Auffüllraum, die mit den Meßßeinrichtungen (12) für die Bestimmung der Füllstände, den Mitteln (6,7) für das Ansteigen- und Abfallenlassen des Fluidums und den Halteeinrichtungen (14A) zum Regeln der Füllstände des Fluidums in dem Auffüllraum verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung weiterhin Regeleinrichtungen (14C) für die Geschwindigkeiten aufweist, die mit den Mitteln (6,7) für das Ansteigen- und Abfallenlassen des Fluidums in dem Auffüllraum (5) und den Meßeinrichtungen für die Füllstände zum Regeln der Geschwindigkeit des Ansteigens und des Abfallens des Fluidums zwischen dem tiefen Füllstand und dem hohen Füllstand und/oder dem hohen Füllstand und dem tiefen Füllstand und/oder zwischen den Zwischenfüllständen verbunden sind.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel (6,7) für das Ansteigen- und Abfallenlassen des Fluidums in dem Auffüllraum eine umkehrbare Pumpe (6) aufweisen, die über eine erste Leitung (8) mit einem das Fluidum erhöhter Dichte enthaltenden Versorgungstank (9) und über eine zweite Leitung (10) mit dem Auffüllraum (5) an dessem Grund verbunden ist, wobei die Pumpe durch einen mit den Regeleinrichtungen (14C) für die Geschwindigkeit, den Halteeinrichtungen (14A) und den Regeleinrichtungen (14B) für die Füllstände verbundenen Motor (7) in Rotation versetzt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Versorgungstank (9) ein die Pumpe (6) schmierendes Fluidum enthalten ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die umkehrbare Pumpe (6) eine Zahnradpumpe oder eine Drehschieberpumpe ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteeinrichtungen (14A) einen mit dem Motor (7) verbundenen, regelbaren Verzögerungsschaltkreis aufweisen.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteeinrichtungen (14A) weiterhin ein erstes Magnetventil (14) aufweisen, das in der ersten Leitung (8) angeordnet und mit dem regelbaren Verzögerungsschaltkreis (14A) verbunden ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auffüllbehältnis (4) eine feste Wanne oder ein von einer starren, halbstarren oder verformbaren, die Form des zu behandelnden Körperglieds aufgreifenden Umhüllung (28) umgebenes, verformbares Behältnis (27) oder ein verformbares Behältnis mit einer nicht ausdehnbaren Struktur ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auffüllraum (5) und der Versorgungstank (9) abgeschlossen und abgedichtet sind und daß ein Rohrleitungsnetz (13, 20) einen oberen Bereich des Auffüllraums (5) und einen oberen Bereich des Versorgungstanks (9) miteinander verbindet.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung weiterhin mindestens einen zweiten Auffüllbehälter (30), der mit der ersten Leitung über eine dritte, an die erste Leitung zwischen dem ersten Magnetventil (14) und der Pumpe (6) angeschlossene Leitung (31) verbunden ist, ein zweites, in der dritten Leitung (31) angeordnetes magnetventil (32) und Steuereinrichtungen (33) aufweist, wobei die Steuereinrichtungen (33) zum steuern des Öffnens des ersten Magnetventils (14) und des Schließens des zweiten Magnetventils (32) für ein erstes Auffüllen des ersten Auffüllraums (5) und dann zur steuern des schließens des ersten Magnetventils (14) und des Öffnens des zweiten Magnetventils (32) nach diesem ersten Auffüllen mit dem ersten und dem zweiten magnetventil verbunden sind und wobei die Regeleinrichtungen für die Geschwindigkeit (14C), die Regeleinrichtungen (14B) für Füllstände und die Halteeinrichtungen (14A) mit den Steuereinrichtungen (33) verbunden sind, um im Anschluß ein Alternieren des Ansteigens und des Abfallens des Fluidums in dem ersten und dem zweiten Auffüllraum (5, 30) hervorzurufen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem jeden der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteeinrichtungen (14A) für das Fluidum, die Regeleinrichtungen (14B) für die Füllstände und die Regeleinrichtungen (14C) für die Geschwindigkeit mit einem Mikroprozessor (16) verbunden sind, der wiederum mit einem Speicher (17) für die Aufzeichnung der Werte der Geschwindigkeit, der Zeiten und Füllstände verbunden ist.
