Claims (1)

  1. Geschwindigkeits-Variator für eine Wäsche-Waschmaschine mit einer Trommel und einem elektrischen Motor zum Rotieren der Trommel mit Wasch- und Schleudertrocknungs-Geschwindigkeiten, wobei der Geschwindigkeits-Variator mindestens ein Übertragungsband (9) aufweist, welches mit entsprechenden antreibenden und angetriebenen Rollen (11, 12) verbunden ist, welche dem Motor und der Trommel in entsprechender Weise zugeordnet sind, und einer Vielzahl von radial verschiebbaren Schwunggewichten (20, 21), vorzugsweise von zylindrischer Form, welche sich in korrespondierenden Sitzen befinden, welche in zumindest einer der Rollen ausgebildet sind, vorzugsweise in der antreibenden Rolle, wobei die entsprechende Rolle einen variablen effektiven Durchmesser gemäß der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Motors aufweist, und wobei jedes Schwunggewicht (19) in zumindest zwei symmetrische und identische Komponenten (20, 21) aufgeteilt ist, welche so ausgelegt sind, daß sie miteinander durch das Zwischenfügen von mindestens einem elastischen Element (22) miteinander verbunden werden können,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    das elastische Element (22) aus elastomerischem Material oder einem ähnlichen geeigneten Material hergestellt ist, welches in der Lage ist, mechanische Lasten zu dämpfen und welches einen zentralen Flansch (23) mit kreisförmiger Form und zwei laterale zylindrische Abschnitte (24, 25) aufweist, welche so ausgelegt sind, daß sie während des Zusammenbaus des Schwunggewichtes in nicht durchgehende Bohrungen (26, 27) eingesetzt werden können, welche in den Schwunggewichtskomponenten vorgesehen sind, und wobei jede der zylindrischen Abschnitte (24, 25) mit einer zentralen Aussparung (28, 29) ausgebildet ist, vorzugweise mit konischer Form, und mit Rillen oder Schlitzen (30, 31), welche sich über die volle Länge der äußeren Oberfläche des entsprechenden zylindrischen Abschnitts erstrecken, und wobei der zentrale Flansch (23) so dimensioniert ist, daß er mit der inneren Wandoberfläche des Sitzes (18), welcher das entsprechende Schwunggewicht (19) beinhaltet, in Berührung kommt.
