Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von gewebten Beuteln auf einem üblichen Webstuhl, der mit einem Steuergerät für Kettfäden für eine Gaze-Armure ausgestattet ist, bei dem ein doppeltes Gewebe hergestellt wird, welches aus zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Lagen (11, 12) besteht, wobei diese Lagen untereinander durch ein entsprechendes Kreuzen der sie bildenden Kettfäden und Schußfäden (1, 2) entlang einem der Webränder verbunden sind und ebenfalls in vorbestimmten Abständen voneinander mit Unterbrechungen auf ihrer ganzen Breite durch entsprechendes Kreuzen der sie bildenden Kettfäden und Schußfäden verbunden sind, wobei die besagten Lagen (11, 12) aus zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordneten Gazegeweben bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein üblicher Webrahmen benutzt wird, der mit einer Schiffsteuerung (4) versehen ist, welche die Steuerung der vier Gazefach-Körper gewährleistet, die in inverser Anordnung, zwei Körper (7a, 7d) oberhalb der Kettfäden (1) und zwei Körper (8b, 8c) unterhalb der Kettfäden, angeordnet sind, wobei jeder Körper aus zwei Schaftrahmen besteht, wobei jeder Kettfaden (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) in einer Masche (9a, 9b, 9c, 9d) verläuft, die wechselweise durch die beiden Rahmen gesteuert wird, wobei die Zuführung von Kettfäden von einer einzigen Fadenrolle aus durchgeführt wird.
