Abstract
Description
- La présente invention concerne un bogie articulé pour véhicules ferroviaires, comportant deux longerons, deux traverses solidaires chacune d'un longeron, et un dispositif d'articulation autorisant une rotation de chaque longeron autour d'un axe transversal central. Cette rotation de chaque longeron permet de mieux répartir les charges verticales sur les quatre roues du bogie, particulièrement lors des passages comportant des variations de dévers, ou des défauts de nivellement de la voie.
- On connaît, notamment par la figure 2 du document FR-2 036 071, un tel bogie articulé.
- Dans ce bogie, les deux traverses sont interrompues, au niveau de l'axe central longitudinal, et raccordées élastiquement par l'intermédiaire du dispositif d'articulation constitué de deux platines comportant deux, quatre, ou huit blocs élastiques.
- La hauteur de ces platines est importante, comme le montre la figure 3 de ce document FR-2 036 071, ce qui rend la partie centrale de ce bogie très encombrante en hauteur, et donc inadaptée pour certaines applications, par exemple, pour un faible niveau de plancher par rapport aux rails.
- De plus, le dispositif d'articulation se trouve au niveau de l'axe central longitudinal du bogie, ce qui complique la fixation d'un moteur, car elle doit se faire sur une demi-traverse. Un tel bogie est donc principalement porteur.
- La présente invention a pour but de diminuer l'encombrement vertical, tout en permettant une bonne fixation d'un moteur sur une traverse, ce bogie étant alors aussi bien moteur que porteur.
- La solution proposée par la présente invention consiste à munir chaque longeron d'une traverse comportant une partie en forme de poutre, de monter ces deux traverses tête-bêche, et de les relier par un arbre n'autorisant qu'une rotation des longerons selon l'axe transversal central.
- La présente invention a pour objet un bogie articulé pour véhicules ferroviaires, comportant deux longerons, deux traverses solidaires chacune d'un longeron, et un dispositif d'articulation autorisant une rotation de chaque longeron autour d'un axe transversal central, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'articulation comporte un arbre disposé selon un axe transversal et central au bogie et quatre paliers supportant l'arbre, les traverses étant montées tête-bêche, chaque extrémité de l'arbre étant supportée par deux paliers dont l'un appartient à l'une des traverses et dont l'autre appartient à l'autre traverse.
- Pour chaque extrémité d'arbre, l'un des deux paliers est une articulation élastique, et l'autre palier est une articulation sphérique jouant le rôle de butée axiale.
- Une articulation élastique est voisine d'une articulation sphérique afin de limiter les efforts mécaniques sur les pièces constituant le dispositif d'articulation.
- La position centrale de l'axe de l'arbre d'articulation permet la mise en place d'un dispositif anti-roulis coaxial. Cette coaxialité annule le couple de distorsion du bogie dû aux réactions radiales des paliers du dispositif anti-roulis.
- Selon un premier mode de réalisation, l'arbre est creux et traversé par le dispositif anti-roulis constitué d'une barre de torsion comportant, à chaque extrémité, un levier relié à la caisse du véhicule par l'intermédiaire d'une bielle.
- Selon un deuxième mode de réalisation, le dispositif anti-roulis est constitué par l'arbre lui-même qui est prolongé au delà des articulations élastiques et qui comporte, à chacune de ses extrémités, un levier relié à la caisse du véhicule par l'intermédiaire d'une bielle.
- Il est décrit ci-après, à titre d'exemple et en référence aux figures annexées, un bogie selon l'invention.
- La figure 1 montre une vue de dessus, schématique, d'un bogie sans dispositif anti-roulis.
- La figure 2 montre une vue centrale d'un bogie comportant un dispositif anti-roulis, selon le premier mode de réalisation.
- La figure 3 est une vue de côté selon III de la figure 2.
- La figure 4 est une coupe selon IV de la figure 2.
- La figure 5 montre une vue centrale d'un bogie comportant un dispositif anti-roulis, selon le deuxième mode de réalisation.
- La figure 6 est une coupe selon VI de la figure 5.
- Dans la figure 1 est représenté un bogie comportant deux longerons 1, deux essieux 2, quatre roues 3, deux moteurs 4 reliés chacun à un essieu par l'intermédiaire d'un réducteur 5.
- Les deux essieux 2 sont reliés aux longerons 1 par l'intermédiaire de quatre blocs élastiques non représentés constituant la suspension primaire.
- Sur chaque longeron est soudée une traverse 10 comportant une poutre 11. Chaque moteur 4 est fixé sur une poutre 11 par l'intermédiaire d'un support 7.
- Les poutres 11 des deux traverses s'étendent au delà de l'axe central longitudinal du bogie, et ces traverses sont ainsi montées tête-bêche.
- Le dispositif d'articulation comporte un arbre 20 et quatre paliers 12, 13 Chaque traverse comporte deux paliers constitués l'un d'une articulation à rotule 12 et l'autre d'une articulation élastique 13. L'arbre 20 relie entre elles ces quatre articulations, et chaque longeron peut ainsi tourner autour de l'arbre transversal central 6.
- Cette figure montre l'écartement minimal qui peut exister entre les deux articulations élastiques afin d'éviter une rotation d'un longeron par rapport à l'autre selon l'axe central longitudinal. L'écartement maximal serait réalisé en logeant chaque articulation élastique dans un longeron, et, bien entendu, une position intermédiaire est possible, celle-ci étant déterminée en fonction de la place disponible.
- Le bogie comporte également un dispositif d'entraînement 30 constitué de deux bielles 31 et d'un palonnier 32, chaque bielle étant reliée, de manière articulée, à une traverse 10. Ce dispositif d'entraînement permet d'appliquer au bogie des efforts principalement longitudinaux.
- La figure 2 montre les mêmes éléments que la figure 1, mais dans ce cas, l'arbre 21 est creux et traversé par une barre anti-roulis 40. Cette barre tourne sur deux paliers 41 situés chacun dans un longeron 1. Elle comporte, à chaque extrémité, un levier 42 relié à une bielle 43. La figure 3 montre l'accrochage d'une bielle 43 sur un levier 42 et sur la caisse 50 du véhicule.
- Elle montre également la suspension secondaire 60 et la position du dispositif d'entraînement 30, au-dessus des traverses.
- La figure 4 montre bien le montage d'une articulation élastique 13 dans une cage 15 solidaire d'une traverse 10, cette articulation 13 étant constituée d'un élément élastique inséré entre deux bagues non représentées, et le montage d'une articulation sphérique 12 dans la poutre 11 de l'autre traverse, cette articulation étant constituée d'un noyau sphérique 12A et d'une piste extérieure 12B.
- Cette figure montre également que les longerons et les traverses sont réalisés sous forme de caissons mécano-soudés.
- La figure 5 montre le deuxième mode de réalisation dans lequel l'arbre 22 traverse tout le bogie et il constitue à lui seul la barre anti-roulis. Cet arbre est creux mais il pourrait être plein.
- La figure 6 montre bien le montage de cet arbre entre les quatre articulations 12, 13 et deux paliers 14 situés dans les longerons.
